Best sushi in town! It?s one of those hole-in-the-wall places you want everyone to know about, but also want to keep the secret... for yourself ;). The owners are amazing and always remember me and make sure to say good-bye whenever I leave. I haven?t beenfor dinner, but this is my FAVORITE lunch spot in town. Love love love. Service was slow, and we had to remind them about our drinks, then we received the wrong drinks, BUT it was an hour after the... football game. It was a full house, and they also tried to give us someone else's food. Even with all that being said, the foodwas the best sushi we've had. For $55 for the sushi/sashimi for two, we were pretty underwhelmed. The sashimi was the thinnest sliced sashimi I've ever had,... and the fish seemed a little dry/not-fresh. They did accommodate our request for the house roll we were hoping for, however. Read more
I ordered online for takeout, and found it good overall. The sushi rolls & seaweed salad were good, and I'd get them again...... although what they mark as spicy, isn't even close. I would not, however, get sashimi from them again, as it didn't seemparticularly fresh in appearance, texture, or taste. Another gripe is the absolutely anemic (so called) portions of gingerprovided.
