They messed up our order so we called told them they said come back we'll fix it for free you don't need to bring it or a... receipt , we go back but have our receipt they didn't ask for it or anything it took exactly 30 minutes and I have the wholething on camera too she gives us the food apologizes and we start to go and the other girl yells out really rudely ( make sureyou bring a receipt next time ) UHMMMM First off I had it you didn't ask for it and told me on the phone don't worry about it Horrible Place Rude Incompetent and need a complete overhaul of workers ???? I don?t often eat at this one but the food is usually good and they get my order right down to the little modifications I make.... Just don?t order cinnamon twists. The 2 times I?ve ordered them they were hard and didn?t have a speck of cinnamon onthem. Edit: After a third batch of naked and off-tasting cinnamon twists (just ?twists? really) I have come to the conclusionthat nobody knows how to make them. Read more
We were surprised the line for drive thru wasn't packed with the return of Nacho Fries!! I barely placed my order in the app as... we were heading to this location that our order was ready before we reached the parking lot!! My favorite is the MLK locationfor this area, but I'm slowly moving towards the Joyce location being added to my favorites as the service (depending on shift)was awesome today and I didn't have to place a complaint call. staff was super friendly but food was very dissapointing. never had such a bad tasting food , shelves where old , barely filled,... and no chicken found in it. not going back threw it away. Just nasty. Read more
