A solid choice for a locally owned sandwich joint. A couple of menu items are a little ill conceived (capers on a salad for... example: how do I keep those on my fork?) and the Ruben they serve is surprisingly mild in flavor ("a Ruben for Ruben-haters"was my initial thought), but the serving was perfect in size, still hot when I got home, and was quality food despite mypersonal dissapointment. The meal didn't leave me hungry and (despite being a Ruben) wasn't too greasy. The bread held up andthe sandwich was well constructed and packed. It was a friendly atmosphere. Waited on us quickly. The food was fresh & tasted good, but the food prices were out regis for the... amount of food. I could make it at home at the quality level of the sandwich served at the restaurant. Read more
Tried this place out today, and will be back soon. It was so good. Restaurant was clean, employees were very nice, and quick.... Barely got a table picked out and food was there. We were unable to pass up the ice cream, it was very good too. Ya'll areawesome. So nice to see lately with so many other places going downhill fast. Read more

I was in Fayetteville today so stopped here for lunch. This is a very nice, clean and comfortable sandwich shop. You order at... the counter where the menu is on a large screen on the wall. It isn?t a big menu so it?s easy to order. There is only 1 Registerto order and there can be a line backed up if people come all at once (which happened right after I placed my order). The foodcame pretty quickly. I ordered the steamed Italian Stallion and Mediterranean Pasta Salad. The sandwich was excellent. The bunwas nice and soft and not to large and the sauce was very good. Nice local sandwich joint. I ordered an Italian stallion, where my husband ordered a combo meal of a salad, soup and a drink.... The sandwich was big enough for me and yum! The cup of roasted garlic and chicken soup was decent. The burnt garlic flavour isvery good in a buttery chicken broth. The salad was fine, however the portion size was kinda less for a man. For the desserts,we took a single scoop house made ice cream in a cone. The ice cream was pretty mediocre and basic. At the same time the placehad a few interesting ice cream flavors, such as the coffee and kahlua, blueberry cheesecake, etc. overall the place is dope andI would certainly recommend. Read more
4 stars: would eat again, would not necessarily recommend to a friend. Pros: Portions were decent, service was fast (we called... in), bread on the steamer was toasted perfectly and tasted fresh, sides were ok Cons: In Your Face steamer was not spicy,ciabatta bread on the Porker was soggy, and pie is nothing special but it is $5 for a single slice. i got a grill cheese and tomato soup, thinking it would be vegetarian. the tomato soup very greasy and the taste was not good.... i couldn't take a second sip of it. the grill cheese was a little better...but the bread was also greasy. i called later andask if the tomato soup was vegetarian or vegan.....they said none of the soup was vegetarian/vegan. the people were very nice,the service was good. but i won't be going back because there are no vegetarian/vegan options.
