Yup, this is what I got. Ordered a Grilled Asiago Ranch Club, but modified it to swap out the bun with lettuce. Was not told... they were out of lettuce. Manager told me there was a notice on the counter in front of the register, but I placed my order atone of the kiosks and didn?t see a notice there. I?m only giving one star because I have to! This place is near my house kids always want it. The past few months I?ve been I... have had horrific experiences with the staff! On top of being cut off constantly and arguing while ordering (because apparentlyI?m ordering incorrectly even though it?s literally the same every time) the staf huffs and puffs on the intercom and never saythank you or anything positive. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! I get to a window to pay which apparently change by the day bywindows one and two. This time I have had it and will be contacting HR! The female at the first ?pay? window literally had herhand on her head and back to me for over 5 minutes. Did not move. I drove to the 2nd window following traffic to pay bc I hadn?tpaid. A terribly rude pregnant female yelled at me because I didn?t pay and slammed the window in my face. As I?m watching noone do anything. Then a manager brings her a till. She stands talking for another 7-10 minutes in drive through back facing me.Then slammed open the window for my money and slammed it on me as I asked for a manager. He came and as he was talking she wasyelling over us both!! Saying I messed up and she did nothing wrong as she?s yelling then clinches her fist and puffs up shakingher head as if we are about to fight because she?s in the wrong. Then as I thank the manager he tells me sorry that happened andhe has to get back to making burgers. Our food is clearly to cold to eat now and thrown together like the window!!! DO NOT GOhere! Literally the worst experience I?ve ever had! She should not be employed at all! And management needs to manage and not bescared of some loud mouth female! I will see that this is dealt with accordingly! I promise! I?ve never seen something soterrible! This Wendy?s needs to shut down just horrible! One day had one guy running the entire store! We placed our order online and picked it up at the counter. The dining area was very clean and we were the only customers inside... so we sat at the bar area and enjoyed our burgers while we watched a few minutes of a football game. The staff was very nice,our order was accurate. It was a very good experience! Read more
Very slow. Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes. One employee did not have a mask on and one had his nose stuck out... most of the time. (The young woman had hers on right). Fayetteville has a mask ordinance in effect. Read more
Just went through the drive thru.... dude that came to the window to give us our food handed me two bags and started to just... walk away. I was honest and let him know I hadn't paid yet. He looked completely confused, then asked if we'd gotten our drinksyet... we had not. I get home and discover that other than our drinks, we were given the wrong order. Read more
