We had an initially bad experience that turned out wonderful! A burger we had ordered came out wrong, and being a customized... order it had been made wrong several times before. We brought it to their attention, and Annette went the extra, EXTRA mile ofdelivering our correctly made food to us, to help make up for previous visits. I've been jonesing for a Whataburger to open in LR, which I hear will happen soon. So while visiting a friend up here I decided... to get a preview of what's coming to my neck of the woods. Honestly, I'm not that impressed. I had the single Whataburger combowith cheese and I added mayo to it since it comes with only mustard. It was ok and the fries were decent but the ketchup was abit sweet for my taste. I'll probably try them again to check out their chicken sandwich and maybe some breakfast items. Read more
Waited in "Line B" while we watched "Line A" get served. 3 cars passed and we still had not received our order. When I finally... parked my car and went inside to get my food the little girl at the window wanted to be hateful. Saying that the boy that wasn'tdoing his job should " stand up for himself". The longest wait times imaginable, and the food wasn?t even fresh. Avoid at all costs. Edit to add, should have taken my own... advice. This trip did not go well either. Online order took forever, and the fries were half empty. Guess I should inspect myorder before leaving. Read more
Arrived around 1:20 on a Saturday for lunch. There was a dine-in group of four and a to-go group of two in front of us. We... placed our order and sat down with our table number. We waited over 20 minutes to receive our order. A group after us receivedtheir food prior to us. The fries and our chicken sandwich was hot. However, our two burgers were not. We had to take them upfront to request fresh ones. The remakes were hot and fresh. It's just too bad it wasn't like that to start off with especiallyafter the longer wait. The gal at the front register was polite. We just wish our group of three would have been able to eathot food all at once and that there would have been more acknowledgement to us of the longer wait and cold food. Read more
Made a Whataburger stop coming through Fayetteville to get our fix. Ordered ahead on the app and set a pickup time. Got there... during lunch and had another 10 minutes to wait on our order. Order was correct and everything was hot. The extra wait was worthit. Read more
Been there a few times now, love their double and triple Whataburger with cheese! They are always super nice and greet me with a... smile. The rewards app is helpful as well. Open 24 hours and the price isn?t too bad compared to the portions. You?ll definitelyget full. Definitely recommend. Read more
We were driving back home to Springfield mo from van buren ark and stopped at whataburger like we always do on our way home from... here.....this is the first time at this specific location and it was extremely disappointing. The place was filthy on theinside. We ordered 4 burgers, add ONE slice of cheese but charged for TWO slices on each...... Not to mention they were cold. Isure hope the one opening in Springfield will be better but my hopes are not high. Read more
