Pretty clean and not crowded at all (went on a Monday). A young lady at the front counter said she would be right back to assist... us, and after waiting over 15 minutes, we just figured out what to do (to get a play pass) on our own. Some of the games werenot working, and one that supposed to print out a picture failed for us. There was no one to complain to (the front desk girlwas not available). Have taken my young daughter here twice in the past six months. Both times have been awesome. Friendly staff, clean space and no... more than one or two machines/games out of service. I would however like to see them bring back the hand stamps. The boothhasn?t been active either time we?ve gone and it does provide peace of mind. Read more
Awesome establishment and the best staff. My daughters first trip to Chuck E. Cheese was so memorable thanks to Kelton &... Shakeeria. If Management is reading this please recognize them. We got there at 7:45 and They were closing early at 8pm due toshort staffing and I completely understand but, they allowed us stay and enjoy the experience. Thank you again and I will returnagain and again. The facility was clean and organized and well taken care of. We played all the games over and over. Read more

The best ever!!!! Im always hesitate to take my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese because they're not the cleanest nor most... sanitary places that I've been to. This one by far is the ABSOLUTE BEST ONE EVER ????. Super clean. Customer service isexcellent. Sean Sanchez (District Technical Manger FF) was very personable and professional. My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn?t have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables... by the front windows without taking up seating from others. We got a game card, it?s reloadable. Make sure you pause it wheneating or using the restroom. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious. Definitely tastes much better than years ago. She had ablast and came back today for my friends sons birthday who actually did book a party table. The party was really nice but it letme compare if I would have rather had a party or not and I?m glad that I went the route that I did. My two year old had a blastwithout paying for a party and that?s what matters! Also my friends party host was Ty and that young man did a very nice job!See if you can request him as your party host! He was attentive and in good spirits. Even tried to get the birthday boy in thedancing and singing spirit when Chuck E came out. I will be visiting very soon. Read more
