Awful service. This was my first time ordering Del Taco, I walked in to pickup an online order, all staff proceeds to NOT make... anything instead they walked around on their phones. Manager was walking around a new staff member and seemingly had zero ideawhat their staff was even doing. I sat in there for 15 minutes and just cancelled my order and walked out. Was still charged andcannot get a refund because online receipts don't show a store ID. Never going to a Del Taco ever again. Avoid this place, itsworse than the local McDonalds as far as service goes. No idea what the food is like, but assume it's worse than the Taco Bellacross the street, which is where I went instead. Wasn't much better but at least they made my order within 15 minutes. Read more
The food wasn't too bad, my favorite were the fries. The shakes were good too.

Tonight we decided to go to DelTaco to eat. It's 10 of us so we ordered quite a bit. We ordered a Fiesta box, which has 6 tacos,... 6 bean and cheese burritos. One of the burritos was missing. We ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla meal. The fries andquesadilla was missing. We ordered two chicken burrito meals both spicy. It was rung up as one meal and one chicken burrito. Wegot two chicken burritos, no fries and one drink. Not to mention I paid for the fries to complete the second spicy chickenburrito meal. We ordered a kids meal for our one year old. Which was a burger, fries, and drink. We got a cheese burger, nofries, and a drink. We asked for a burger no cheese because our one year old has dairy allergies. So, I called to let them knowand they told me they would correct everything just have the receipt. We live 20 mins away. Before we got there. I told myhusband do not argue with them. When we got there my husband was explaining what was missing. The cashier said, "I know you gotthe chicken cheese quesadilla because I made it myself but okay." He replied with "I'm not disputing that you made it but wedidn't receive it with our order." So that was not great customer service. She made 3 fries, one chicken cheese quesadilla, anda bean and cheese burrito. I guess she thinks we drove all the way back with specific things missing and wrong wasting money,gas, time, and energy just to get free food on top of all the money we spent. When we got back the rest of our food was coldand disgusting. We spent $115.00 for food and service and it was terrible. Do not worry. We will never come back to your store.My husband and I did frequent this store quite often but after the nasty attitude and bad service. I will never spend anotherdime there. Read more
15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 combo burritos. Opened them up and the filling was literally all around the outside. Messy,... sloppy, typical dgaf attitude, not too surprised considering the location though Read more
I visit here often. They have the best sweet tea. I can't stand going to a restaurant and the tea tastes like sugar water.... Theirs don't. They also have a taco Tuesday and Thursday. The price is great for those days. Read more
I?m a California native and grew up eating Del Taco. I must say that this is the worst service/food that I have ever had from... this chain. We were the only car, it took them over 15 min to get us food that wasn?t even freshly made. The fries tasted likethey left them out all night under the heater lamp. Garbage and not the move. I'm 55 so I remember Del Taco from years ago. This is only my second time going since they built one in my hometown. I had a... grilled chicken soft taco with sour cream that was superb. My favorite is that fish taco which was perfectly fried, piping hot,and that fresh wedge of lime is unbelievable! It was delicious. The only thing I would change is maybe a little bit more of thatsauce to meet the Heat in the spiciness. Well done! Read more
