I have been looking for a pizza place since I have moved. Other places did not cut it. Pizza was too greasy or the food tasted... off. But this pizza was different. It was delicious and cooked just right. The staff inside were friendly, personable, andprompt. The environment was clean and many customers seemed to be enjoying themselves. I've been coming to this location on and off for years and recently did another online order which was made on time and... warm. The place is hit or miss but apparently it's under new management so I wish the new owners the best! Definitely a usualpizza place I've read most the reviews on here and it's all the same wah wah. This place has seen better days, the food use to be good, not anymore. The food was nasty and the restaurant was nasty as well.... Very disappointed I feel I just wasted my money. After tasting the food it went right to the trash. An employers was napping atthe counter whereas she could?ve been working on cleaning the place and the other employees was busy on their phones. I took my son to dinner this evening and had the worst experience. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and asked if one slice... could be made with cheese only they said no. So I had to order half and half. A couple came in and asked if the table can becleaned so they could sit and the young waitress yeld and said No we are busy sit somewhere else. Mind you there were only abouteight customers in the restaurant. When the pizza came out we were not given anything to pick it up with they did not even putit on that high pizza tray. When my bill came they tried to charge me $3.45 because I asked for half hot and half Asian Zingerwings. I asked to see the menu to see where it advertised that charge it was not there. The female cashier said she fixed it butbrought me a new receipt with the same charges. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to call someone to have thatcharge removed. Ordered on Slice, immediately popped up message after I paid, 40min-50 min wait, then revised to 1 hour, when I got there it was... just put in the oven. One hour and 20 min after I paid I finally got a pizza that was less than what a Frozen pizza would have.19.00 for a medium pizza that looks like a 5 year old made. I do not know the owner but let's see what kind of response I get back. This is a slice of CHEESE PIZZA? Where is the cheese.... Had to wait 30 minutes and only a handful of people inside. The manager on duty did not seem to even care. She was yelling andscreaming saying she does not understand the problem. This is 2-6-2021 @ 4pm. She complained about working with only a fewpeople in the building. The girl that came in at 4 pm was very kind. Enjoyed an awesome meal here last week! This place's new management is fantastic- great service and delicious food! The pizza... was hot, and full of toppings! We tried a stromboli as well and it was also excellent. And get the GARLIC KNOTS- you will notregret it! Can't wait to go back! Read more
