Normally okay. Yet we could do without the hair. Made am order online for 1 large pepperoni and 1 cheese. Some how I... accidentally pressed for 2 cheese. I was very apologetic and even offered to tip whoever had to remake it. The young lady toldme no don't worry about it. Come back in 10 minutes. So I waited 15... enough to finish my show... when I came back in shehanded me three. Told me not to worry about it... she was super nice and I appreciated her patience...so I gave her 5. I wassuper happy because 3 honestly was what I needed for my family, yet money was tight..... so I get home, tell my husband that thelady was awesome..... doctor the cheese with peppers ???? and garlic sauce... my husband gets his slice.... BTW Papa John's ishis favorite ..... takes a bite and not even 2 chews in he's fishing out this super long string of hair out his mouth. Ewwww .My hair is blue. That was long and brown. You guessed it we will not be back. Long hair should definitely be put up when workingwith food. And if you know you shed.... invest in a lint brush. That is it... that is all. Good in the past but pizza a bit off this time. Crust and sauce not as good as usual. Skip the new Papa Bowl...skimpy...like the... toppings dragged off a pizza and slapped in a plastic bowl. Had a bowl with same ingredients at Marcos that was much better. Read more
Horrible Customer Service. I came in to place a take out order ALL the employees (who are child teens) looked at me and didn?t... say anything not even a welcome to Papa John?s. When I finally got some service the girl takes sooo low I couldn?t hear her anddidn?t even take my name for the pizza. The only good employee was the individual at the drive thru window (name starts with an?M?) he was polite, took my receipt so I could get my pizza and gave me extra spice, plates, napkins etc. 1 good employee outthe whole other trash bunch. Accidentally had my phone on silent and delivery guy ended up going back to the store. All delivery personnel have trouble with... with my address, so I can?t fault them. Marquil, at the store, was friendly, professional, and understanding during my callback to them. Resolve my issue efficiently. Felt bad for our deliver driver Josh, as gas is CRAZY during this time, but he wasspeedy and courteous. Raised his tip due to prompt service and genuine effort. Great location and professional staff. Horrible service. This is the first time that I ever ordered a pizza delivery in my life. I ordered delivery on line from a... store that is only 15 minutes away. I received a text that my order is ready for pick up. Of course, I am not picking up thepizza. I called the restaurant, and I waited on hold while management tried to figure out why there was a problem. Meanwhile,my pizza is just sitting there. Then, being only a short distance away, they said that they cannot deliver to my area. So, Idon't get my pizza. I had to re-order from another location, but they had no deserts, and it would mean another hour ofwaiting. Their business hours are until 10:00 pm, but they closed at 9:00 according to the Internet. Depite the problem, oneManager said that they would definately deliver my pizza, but then an higher Manager said no! I got no pizza, but they didn'trefund my money. Read more
HORRIBLE! Awful customer service. Delivered wrong order twice. Took act of congress to get a call back about the order. Teenager... asked us to take picture of wrong order bring it to store for a refund. Yeah no. She finally said I'll give you the refund andhung up. I don't spend my money where I am not valued as a customer. I encourage you to do the same. Customer retention keepsbusinesses open... If could give a zero I would. Papa Johns should consider taking customer service classes from Chick-fil-A.No worries, my pleasure. Read more
I gave them 4 stars because Papa Johns in Fayetteville usually is on point with their pizzas BUT TODAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ... I order two stuffed crust pizzas for children for their lunch time @11 the pizza came an hour later COLD AND DOUGHY WHERE THECRUST MEATS THE PIE. I called to issue my complaint and the general manager TIFFANY tells me another 1.5hrs because i have towait because they have other orders AND THE PIZZA LOOKED COOKED WHEN IT LEFT THE STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I'M STILLWAITING FOR MY PIZZA'S. Update: This is the remake....smdh why would you even send this out to your customers? SAD Read more
It's so refreshing to have good customer service in this day in age. I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so polite! My... food was fresh and ready fast. Great job guys!! I will definitely continue to order from this store. Forgot to mention this wasa carryout order. Read more
