The employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well stocked with lids, straws, condiments, etc. They were out of... unsweet tea and never refilled it while I was there. They had just enough for one cup when I got there but that was it. Myhusband and I got the Shack Dog combo and it was good but not as good as the ones at the McDonough location. The buns tastedlike the bottom of the line cheapest buns you get at the store and they were falling apart and too small to hold the Shack Dogand pulled pork. The green beans and fried okra were both very good. Also, the shack dog combo was more expensive at thislocation than at the one in McDonough on hwy 20. Read more
I don't live in the area so I had not been there in about 3 years. The last time I was there I ordered the smoked wings. They... were whole large great tasting wings. I went there yesterday and ordered the same smoked wings but what I got was little littlelittle wings pieces not a whole wings. I guess they changed to the wings pieces like everyone else. Read more
I do not redommend the food here. I give 2 stars because staff is friendly. Our last visit for take out was horrible. We ordered... 2 babyback rib dinners and what we received were NOT babyback ribs. I wish I had taken photos but was so disgusted afterspending so much money to have received SPARE ribs which we not even chewable. They were HUGE and nothing but fat and grissle. As always, the food is delicious and the service is great. The employees kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need... anything and cleared our trays. Hard to explain if you weren't there but he kind of did more than expected in clearing outtables. Definitely love the Peach Tea, it's what hooked us the first time we went. Read more
Great food, at a great price. Highly recommend!!! The staff was awesome in helping someone who has never been there on what to... try and even grabbed me extra sauce when I could have gotten up and gotten it myself. The Peach Cobbler was amazing, and highlyrecommended. Read more
Went here on February 17, on a Thursday evening with a few co-workers from my job. Reasonable price and the food was good! Had... the chopped bbq chicken with 2 sides ( mac&cheese and potatoe salad, toast and a drink for $12. Can't beat that good of aprice!! Read more
We have been coming here for years and it's still one of our favorite places. The people are ways spectacularly nice and make us... feel welcome. They also are so accommodating when I am with my service dog and have given him special treats for when he is athome not working. Read more
