Ordered Subway from this shop through Postmates. I requested no tomatoes and to add capicola to my ham and Turkey sub. They had... tomatoes on it, and all the lettuce was brown. The capicola was tiny and cooked, which I did not ask for. I picked all the badlettuce off but just threw everything away since tomatoes were on it. The sandwich looked a mess and the bread wasn?t fullycooked. I ended up ordering Larry?s Giant Sub and got a refund. Don?t waste your time at this nasty location. They obviouslydon?t care. Read more

Ordered via the app on Nov 5 2022 for in store pickup. Soon after ordering the store called and said they were out of the main... ingredient for the sandwich. No problem - I asked for a refund. They would not refund the order and as of today Subway ?customerservice? has still not refunded the order either. Furthermore, shortly after this phone call the restaurant conveniently markedthe order as complete & picked up even though that never happened. This has led to a credit card charge dispute which isridiculous. There?s plenty of options for food in this area - go elsewhere. Read more

Usually don?t have a bad experience at this subway but the last time I went in I placed mobile order about 20 minutes prior and... they had not even started on my sandwich and there was absolutely no one at the store, when I walked in it was a young blondegirl who was vaping inside the store in the front right in front of the food, and two other young men who were just on theirphone when my order should have been ready. I understand places like this at times can be slow and I usually wouldn?t mind but Ialways order ahead so my food is ready because I only have a 15 minute lunch break. They need to make sure their customers aretaken care of before they proceed to be on their phones . Read more

Beware of dirty tables!! Last night my husband and I were waiting for our Thai food in the parking and watched as a young man... sweep the floor and then proceeded to sweep the table using the broom that he used on the floor. He was determined to getwhatever it was off the table because he continued to scrub the table with the broom. Once he was done he wiped the table with acloth. Read more

Walked into the store a little more than 30 mins before closing for a mobile order. The employee was sitting on the ground with... her friend and a dog. A big dog, just hanging out on the ground in front of the soda machine. The employee didn?t even let mewalk into the store, she just ran and grabbed my food and gave it to me at the door.
