Order number 729943326 Curbside pickup at this Panera store is terrible . Three out of 4 times this spring i have been left... waiting at the curb with no delivery. I had to go inside and get the order myself. Tonight my order was ready at 4:56 PM wheni got there i sent in the note that i was there and what spot i was in. No one came out for 10 minutes. Finally I went inmyself, expecting that they were overwhelmed with customers, but no, the store was almost empty. When I asked, the girl told methat their iPads were down. So, seems like you have to watch the parking lot more closely. Then I find that my cold salad wassitting in the Hot sun, 80F, in the window this whole time. Lucky no food poisoning this time, not yet anyway. If you go,don't order curbside pickup unless you plan on waiting. Read more

I usually go to the Panera in Clay, but was in Fayetteville and stopped here instead. This is what the chicken looked like on my... strawberry poppyseed salad, tasted completely inedible and was gooey and fatty.
