This place has gone down tremendously over the years. The customer service is dry as if they?re mad that you walked in and my... sun was NOT hot at all although I ordered the #13 steak and cheese. I have been coming to this Baldinos on Eastern Blvd in Fayetteville NC for many years and have always been satisfied...but... yesterday around 11:30 was the first time I have ever seen a young lady working as hard as this lady was...she was scrubbing theback wall of the grill and fryer...and when the ice maker wouldn't work she took it apart and had it working in no time...whenasked how she knew what to do...she said she watched the guy fix it before...this young lady deserves a raise or at least a bigfat bonus...Baldinos is blessed to have her...I didn't get her name but she is definitely a keeper...thanks for great service. I paid for a turkey with provolone and told them no salt, pepper, and oregano. Well they decided to not put lettuce, tomatoes... or onions. And was so scared to put cheese all that meat and little cheese. Come on. Nothing like a real Jersey Sub. Read more

Ordered the Italian Special Whole Sub and got the same Italian Special in a salad. They were sooooooo good! Sub and Salad were... generously stocked with meat and cheese! Order was ready on time. Staff was courteous on the phone and during pickup. Allingredients were fresh and tasted great! Will be going back! Read more
Just left maybe 30mins ago...Great customer service..very nice..polite..happy.. Cheese Steak subs are amazing and the salads are... great!!! Family of 4...we got 3 12in. Subs2 salads 4drinks 4cookies..paid $76 total..that was a bit much..unfortunately itshappening everywhere..but other than that they are amazing... Read more
It is fresh but not worth the price...$30 Two subs and fries...Didn't know it was extra for cheese if the sub didn't already... come with cheese...Bacon is extra too but that's most places... Dont see trying a 3rd time... Read more
