First of all the you man working was rude cut us off when we were talking and constantly had attitude. Then he told us that... once we get to the window to pay we can ask for sauce then doesn?t give us sauce and the fries were stale. Don?t recommend goinghere ever! Read more
I have no idea what happened at this location. Managment change? Always had great service but had one of the worst experiences... I?ve had with staff at any restaurant. Rude and I mean rude. Top it off by refusing to give customers napkins because of a?shortage?. The place was the filthiest I?ve ever seen it. Customers around us commented on their feet sticking to the floorsand the lack of ANY smiles. Guess we?ll stick with Chic-fil-a from now on at this location. Read more

Speed: Arby's was very fast 2:40 Starbucks we had to wait. 4:38 Arby's gotthe star ?. Hygeine: We did see masks been worn by eighther restaurant but they had the sanitation grades in the window grade Afor each. Both get stars ?? Service: Friendly service all around. Both get stars ? ?. Prices: Arby's under 10 bucks for ameal. Starbucks is over 10 bucks. Arby's get the ? Now for the finale , the food. We will compare the drinks. Strawberry acailemonade from Starbucks Vs. Market fresh strawberry lemonade from Arbys. If you like something sweet and flavorful go with theMarket fresh strawberry ????. Blind trust report: 1.They gave 4 star quality service. 2. Fast and friendly service, clean parking lot. 3 The wait for hot... jalapeño bits, created a sketchy side food vender feeling; picking up the food at the back door. Arby?s is one of my favoriterestaurants though. 4. Arby's was one of the only restaurants open immediately after hurricane Florence. I went there for a meal. They we're short... staffed but the employees there were doing an amazing job keeping things flowing. They shorted me a potato cake but compensatedme with a large order of fries. Food was good. Customer service is A+ and the food is fresh. Drive thru time is fast too. It's the only Arby's I go to.
