You only sell ????, how are u out? Tonite was last straw. Used advertised app and ordered for pick up... picked up Redbox... movie...stopped for lotto ticket, stopped at CVS for meds... Get to location 21 min later and told It will be a 30 min wait. Nophone call to let me know before hand, no customer service, I understand if u work there and it was out of your control but thecurrent employee acted like we were bothering them. Put a flipping sign on your windows. And of course I used the app and no onecould or is it would give a refund.. beware it's still a 3rd party app they claimed. Never Never again. I know they are slooowand I do Doordash on side and Never accept a delivery for them. Sad part is they have always been slow so can't blame it on lowstaff or Covid. *** Note*** Called the store next day and Mgr said she would make the order for us or give a refund. Went to get a biscuit this morning. The young lady was working drive thru, she came to take my order and money, that was not a... problem. The problem was that she went right to the back and made my food!???? Did not remove her gloves or wash her hands????.I understand it's early but it's too much sickness going around to not consider the way you handle food. Read more
