Ordered from the Bojangles app and wanted the. 5 piece supreme tenders combo, gave me 3 tenders no sauce AND no straw. I would... like some sort of compensation. I have the receipt as well. The food was really good and very fresh. Dining room and restroom were both spotless. I just wish the staff was friendlier.... There was no greeting when we walked in the door. The cashier did not smile once. Upon leaving, I walked up to the counter tothank everyone and to tell them to have a great day, only one person smiled and responded. Don't bother with curbside at this store. Waited 10 minutes after pickup time and they never came out. So I went inside and it... was sitting behind the counter. I thought maybe they were short staffed but that wasn't the case. Even had someone cleaning theempty dining room. Nobody was in the dining room and only 1 drive through customer the whole time I waited. I was polite aboutit and didnt mention I was waiting a long time. Not even an apology. Read more

Ordered through the drive through at 6 PM and at 6:50 my order still isn't ready. I went inside and asked if there was a... discount for the unreasonable wait and the staff completely blew me off like it was my fault the order was taking so long. This morning I went to get the Dessert platter. There was an issue in the system on how to ring up the platter. Keysha and... Deanna were so kind to find a way to get me rung up in the most cost efficient way. They made everything fresh and I appreciatethe kindness of these ladies!! Delicious ???? had a chicken biscuit and drink. Drink was average but these made up for it *Update* went inside to order this... time.. to hear the staff loudly arguing about what to do next. Some training is definitely needed on all ends. Ordered some BoBiscuits as u see above one of my favorite things. They looked tasty and colorful but they were old.
