Sunday tailgate all good except. Hair braids in the frys of a employee. Watched while waiting inside. No hair net . Sun visor... not holding hair. 18 to 24 inch braids were dragged into the frys. Talking about getting off and didn't care about my foodsitting on food prep area. ????. As a regular customer I have changed locations. Managers please work on proper best practicesfor hygiene. 92 is a low score for a fast food industry. Read more

We ordered a 12 piece meal and ?fixings? to take to some friends and ordered a couple of Supreme meals for us. Thankfully, the... 12 pc meal was correct but we ended up with only one Supreme meal. Our bag was repacked twice while we waited, and STILL wasn?tright. I gave them my printed order so they could check. Although the chicken we had was great, we won?t be returning anytimesoon. This wasn?t a ? busy time? mistake?it was a disorganization mistake, and not the first time an order hasn?t been right. Food was good and hot when I finally got it. Customer service was awful. I was made to pull up with no explanation given. They... forgot me. Waited at least 15 minutes by the stop sign. Got my order wrong twice (forget a drink and 2 food items). Asked forthe manager twice. I had to back up to the window to speak to the manager. Manager Kisha's excuse was she was training andpacking orders. Ok so if the manager is the one packing my order you got it wrong and then I had to ask for straws napkinssilverware. My order was not long or complicated just had to wait for chicken to cook which I wasnt aware of until I spoke tothe manager. If I visit this location again I will politely decline to move up. I will wait at the window. I feel like morecould have been done to keep my business other than an excuse of miscommunication. I usually do not have a problem at thislocation and visit 1-2 times per month. Due to my previous good experiences I gave 2 star otherwise it would have been a 1. Read more

Chicken Strips looked more like chicken nuggets and were hard. Fries ???? we're not fresh when I asked for fresh/hot ???? fries.... The ONLY reason I gave 3 ? is because the Young Lady at the window was so polite. I will NOT be going back to that particularBojangles. Read more

Ordered 1 combo in the drive thru. Noticed they had the 3 vehicles ahead of me pull up to a parking spot to wait for their... orders. They asked me to do the same. At what point does it make more sense to stop standing around and stay competing orders?My logic is it would be much faster to give folks their food at the window then having to walk outside for each individualtransaction Read more

Awful experience. Zero friendly customer service at the counter - you?ll get the zero smile ?what u want?? When you walk up.... Floors crusted with dirt, not a clean table in the restaurant, dirty sticky door bathroom. Waited 20 min for food, people infront of us had been waiting longer. UPS driver walks in to deliver a package and gets made a box of food right away by theworkers chatting him up and walks out with it without paying while us chumps that paid waited for our food. Whoever owns thisstore needs to clean house or teach basic manners a 5 year old is taught. Read more

Would give it a zero if i could. Worst experience I've ever had at a Bojangles. Took 40 minutes to get my take out order.... Another lady had been waiting an hour and finally told them to give her food to someone else because she was never coming back.I also will never go back to this location. The manager did nothing but complain, out loud, about not having enough help andthat the ones she had were new. That is not the customers fault. And all she did was offer us a "weak" under her breath "I'msorry". No compensation or anything. Not even a free drink. Not 100% sure but I think her name was Kisha. Please retrain orreplace her before you lose more customers. I spent $60 that day and i expect to be waited on by someone who cares. Read more
