Stop by this Burger King tonight for a number 1 Whopper Meal, food was burned out and dry. Return to the location for a better... cooked burger and to explain to management. My meal was replaced but the manager on duty did not even apologize. Tea was likewater. Please learn that customer service is what keeps you in business. I watched you throw the return order in the trash. Youshould have looked at the burned sandwich and used it as a coachable moment to show your staff. Read more

Given the absolutely disgusting floor (sticky in the dining area but slick with grease in the bathroom), entire kitchen having... no proper lighting(looked like they had 2 rows of lights out), and fact the straw container had what looked like mice andcockroach droppings I don't think I'll be eating here ever again. This Burger King gets 5 stars because of the AMAZING crew that served us today. From placing the order to the end product,... everything was quality. Great customer service. Ranisha, the manager has trained a great crew, and she has such a greatpersonality too. Princess and Nina (at the drive-thru) were smiling, pleasant and courteous. These are the type of employees youwant working for you! The kitchen staff was amazing too, the food was fresh, hot and delicious. They all deserve a raise!! Read more
