Shame on you Chick Fil A. I ordered via the drive thru a medium bowl of soup, when I received my order, I was given a small cup... of soup. When I got to the window I let the employee now the mistake, she rudely asked for my soup back. After a severalminutes she wanted to charge the difference of $2.66 more, I was shocked. I said I will just keep the cup she handed me thesame cup back; this is a huge food safety issue. I went in parking lot and called store manager to be told this is corporatespolicy, no apology, no we will make it right, as Chick Fil A has done for many years. When I got home the soup that is nearly$4, was not even full. I am so disappointed in this location of Chick Fil A, and the dismissive way my concern was handled. Very disappointed I'm a huge Chick fil A fan that's visits alot of locations every morning depends on which area im near, I door... dash this morning and received my order, the whole order was wrong, I called Chick Fil A, and I got a suprise, never beentreated so rudely by a manager in my life, I understand the store is busy, I'm a manager as well, but you treat each customerthe same. I always admired Chick fil A just to hear the kids use such good mannerism and Politeness. I'm not one to ever writereviews but I know this NOT how Chick Fil A employees are trained, and her as a manager, is suppose to be setting a example!!!! Read more
It was really fast and really hot (not hot enough to burn or hurt anyone)! Will definitely return and recommend to family. It... has catering, but we have yet to try it. If it's the same food then I'm sure it'll be great also. They get pretty busy at peaktimes (breakfast, lunch and dinner) but they have people that take your order in the drive thru so you pull up and pay with themgo to the window and leave. They also have extra people on the inside during peak hours, we live up the street so we walk there(I'm disabled so as often as my body lets me) often! Hope this helps! Read more
Only giving this order a three star because Caleb Jackson was very helpful. Ordered two sandwich?s with pickles and was told to... wait in the Lowe?s parking lot. 25 minutes later I went inside and they had no idea about my order. Total waste of time. Againthanks Caleb. Read more
THE PLAY PLACE IS BACK!! After 2 years of insanity, kids can be kids again. The new store operator, Cody Hopper, personally came... up to my family and invited my kids to be the first ones to play. They were so excited!! Apparently, he took over this Skibo Rdlocation three months ago and re-opening the play place was one of his big goals. We?re really thankful. My 5 year old freakedout, saying how he?s never been able to play in a place place his entire life and this was the best day of his life (he was onlya toddler when everything shut down). The store also looks great and Cody was out there sweeping and keeping everything runningsmoothly during the lunch rush. Gotta love servant leadership. Read more
Absolute trash customer service. Know your order before you go through the drive through or you crash their whole system. ... Reducing window times to look good on paper but you end up with zero customer service. We had to wait to order so we could getto the menu spot to place an order then of course our food wasn't ready by the time we were at the window so we had to waitacross the road in the lowes parking lot for our food. All that because we didn't memorize the menu before going through adrive-thru?! Oh and they forgot our kids meal so we had to walk over to the store to get that. I ordered 2 Cobb salads with EXTRA ranch for lunch on Thursday June 30th ?.. got back to work and had NO dressing ?. Who on... earth wants to eat a dry a** salad ?????? I ordered when there weren't many customers and waited 15 minutes then went to the front. They said whoops, it's right here and... we forgot about you. It's already cold but I just go to my car. I open it up and it's missing one of the sandwiches. I bring itback and they ask if I want a refund. I say sure. They just refunded me the sandwich they forgot and handed me back theunfinished cold order. At that point I couldn't handle it and just walked out. Read more
