I went in on a Saturday they were busy per usual. The place honestly looked horrible from the dining in area to the space where... they prepare the food. All business are short stuff right now so I can understand that. But what got me is the guy which was awhite young male. I would put his name but there was no name tag. He seem to be irritated with having to work. I noticed this ashe was fixing the lady order before me and it continued with me as I placed my order. He told me they didn't have steak leftwhich was not true. Next on the line was Rebecca she made my trip here so much better. Here is the reason I would NEVER here. People, what do you notice?! The owner nor the manager respond to any of the comments.... This is down right laziness. It also means they don't give a s--t. I have a rule I live by eating at places and that isthis...there has to be ten GOOD reviews up against ten bad reviews. Too many bad reviews up against hardly any good ones. Wouldnever eat here. Respectfully, y?all don?t follow instructions. My work husband ordered online since our lunch break is limited. Most of the... order was incorrect. Wrong meat. Wrong toppings. Would have turned around, but we only get but so much time for lunch. I?m sodisappointed Read more
They are getting back in the saddle with healthy food, good service and introducing new menu items. You never leave hungry,... always get large portions-good value for your money. Its not a nice sit down restaurant, but its great if you need good hotfood quick with very little wait time. Come hungry or enjoy sharing a meal. Read more
They were fairly busy. We went in for a late lunch, and they did awesome putting our food together. Just about every chipotle... we?ve visited has been consistent with the quality of their food. Don?t do online orders. They don?t read what you put anyways. How am I going to order a kids quesadilla and get two tortillas... that are completely empty. Like not even cheese on the side. Then I ordered a bowl will almost every topping, there was noguacamole, no sofritas, no queso, no tomato, no corn, no sour cream, no cheese, no lettuce. Literally just rice beans, fajitasand barbacoa. I paid extra for certain things and you couldn?t even add it? Don?t even get me started on the burrito being thewrong meat. Read more
Burrito bowl, quesadilla, 2x 3 piece tacos. Since you can?t special request or add extra cheese from an online order, I had to... order the tacos, cheese only. Should have been 6, only got 5. $9 quesadilla came as a kids quesadilla and had so little cheesethat 90% of it was tortilla. I love chipotle, but this place sucks. The wait is always insane, whether you get delivery, orderpickup, or in store. People who work the line are rude and don?t listen. If I ask you for extra cheese, and I?m telling you tocharge me for it, just flipping put it on there. Instead you put pinch after pinch after pinch, all while rolling your eyes. Ishouldn?t have to keep asking. I?m paying you for a service, all that?s required is that you provide that service. Their qualitycontrol desperately needs work. The food was delicious. 1st time at Chipotle. They have a setup like Subway. You choose what you want, and they fix it for you.
