Terrible management!! The guy who is owner or manager doesn't know anything about managing. Most of time, mornings I buy coffee... in this location ( Starbucks has a long line so I don't have time) So these days their coffee machine isn't working and that'swhy they don't serve coffee. The manager (Asian guy) keep recommends me to go Starbucks and asking me an ironic question "howmuch is Starbuck's coffee?". Now I wanna answer him "how much is Chinese cellphones and iPhone?" The staff was friendly and helpful. It was honestly almost closing time and their line just kept getting longer after we arrived... as people were leaving the mall. These ladies were still going strong busting out fresh hot cinnabons like no ones biz. Thecinnabons of course were delicious and fresh. They were sure to include napkins and utensils. I get to where im going sometimes(not always home with access to utensils) and find there were none in the bag. It's the little things! Read more
