Great service, lovely choice of ice cream & toppings. I love the smell of fresh waffles in the store & the staff is amazing.
I had such a great experience with Cold Stone! My sister's birthday was yesterday and I was able to order a custom Ice Cream... cake online literally the day prior! (24 hour notice required). I am a Private Pastry Chef that came into town to visit myfamily in Fayetteville. My sister insisted on having the family's favorite at Cold Stone, which I was fine with so I didn't haveto make it! The customer service from start to finish was great! I had some phone call interactions that were friendly. When Iwent to pick up the cake they were responsive and lovely! I talked to the Shift Manager Amina who told me that she was the onewho made it! Great job Amina! I do not have a picture because it was THAT good. They devoured it. I would rate a 0 if I could. Friend and I went and got a $40 cake for a birthday, and they came back and spelled the name wrong... after having it written out. Went to the back again, and came back out only having one initial and didn?t ask if this was okay.Hand writing was also trash, then refused to just give a plain cake at no charge. Also the bag they gave us the cake in wascovered in icing. Need to address staff about this. Read more
The service was so incredibly slow. Plenty of workers, but everyone was talking and gossiping instead of taking care of the... plethora of people waiting. Took over 30 minutes when it shouldn?t have even taken 10. Waste of time. Read more
I had placed an order of ice cream tubs for our staff for an appreciation surprise and scheduled pick up for the next day at... noon. I went the day of pickup and the location was closed. The door was locked, lights were out and no one was there. The doorsaid they open at 11am and their google page stated they were open also. No sign on the door as to why they were closed. We hadgotten our confirmation email regarding the order and everything. We cannot contact anyone regarding getting a refund. Read more
Ordered a cake for the first time from here. Now the cake itself was really good. My issue was the size. I paid almost $40 for a... cake that said it feeds 8 people. When I opened it, I mean?I had to stop at DQ and get another small cake, because there?s noway that little cake feeds 8 people. It?s a shame because the cake was really good, but for the cost, I definitely won?t bedoing that again. Read more
Horrible place to go. Staff was rude and don?t know how to do their jobs correctly. I got half the ice cream my friend got even... though I ordered the same size and paid the same price. The girl also didn?t listen to what I wanted and I had ti tell hermultiple times what I wanted and she said everything to me with an attitude. I got gummy bears as a topping for one bowl of icecream and she gave me 3. The staff was also very rude to my friend rolling their eyes at her. Read more
