Service: Depends on who's making your plate. (Also beans come with the meal, they won't tell you that) Food/Drinks: The rice is... delicious, always cooked perfectly. The first time I went I tried the ribs they tasted good but were a little tough. Next time,I tried the chicken & it was sooo good. Flavorful & fell off the bone. Some times they switch up the meats available so younever know what's going to be there. The donuts from the bakery were good. I tried the sugar one. Reminded me of Texas.. I alsotried the pineapple drink but it was watered down to me and the horchata is really really sweet. Price: Can't be beat.. theyweighed the plate so I think you pay by the weight so not sure why they be skimping on the portions but usually it's7.99-8.99. It was a amazing! It was our first time there. The food was delicious and the cashier was awesome! When I took my first bite, I... forgot I was home sick. The Puertorrican food was on point. When my wife and I left, the cashier walked me through their pointsystem and helped me open up a rewards cards with them. She was so friendly. Everyone at the store is very friendly. Read more

Compare Food super I'm not going to lie the first time we ordered their beans they were amazing second time we ordered them wecame on a Saturday the young girl that was serving the beans look kind of worried she went to the older lady that was cooking the lady just waved her her off like dont bother me.when we got home we opened the container of beans there was worms lots ofworms we tried to take them back (beans) the next day we had our receipt and everything they wouldn't even let us talk to themanager they said he was too busy so they took our number down and he never called us I would never go back if they can sell youa container of beans with worms what else are they doing to their food sorry but I give this a zero I will never return to thatstore Read more
A lot of mixed reviews on this place. Seems hit or miss. The selection of meats is very broad. Produce is ok. Shelved goods... se.to he on par with any other grocery store price-wise. Brush up on your Spanish and give it a shot. Read more
Having worked in the food industry for many years, I understand the pressure when it?s busy or during a rush. This however does... not constitute relaxing providing quality customer service. I visited the deli as I do many weekends. I waited for my order tobe taken. A few families went to pay at the register and moved on. After a few minutes of not being acknowledged, I moved to theregister in hopes I could receive service there. I was told by the cashier that she doesn?t fix orders, I would need to get inline. After having been in line for 15+ minutes I just decided to leave. I honestly felt discriminated against. As a Mexicanstore, most customers are Mexican. Maybe it was easier to service them speaking Spanish, maybe the cashier couldn?t speakEnglish well. I don?t know. However, in the food industry, you help each other out when needed. I would assume, although shedoesn?t non bar items etc, she should have taken the opportunity to help her co-worker that was obviously VERY busy and providequality service. Read more
I bought sweet potato from this store took them home and bake them when I cut into the first one it had worms all through it, I... tossed it out and cut the 2nd one,worms all in that one too. So I took it back to the store she said because I didn't bring itback in 24 hours there is nothing she can do.At $279 a pound I will never shop there again, it's always a bad experience whenever I do. I was there yesterday today date is November 11 2022 I love their meats love the way the chop it up the goat,chicken and turkey... wings it?s chop up in small pieces, some of the prices do say one thing but when get to the register it say something differentcheck your receipt before you leave and watch prices when they ring it up, most don?t understand English but they speak itreally I don?t have nothing bad to say about the meats I buy and cook my own food I love cooking and seasoning my own food neverate from there so I can?t say anything about their cook food.
