I?ve previously never had a problem with cookout before but as of late recently my orders have been wrong. I ordered two... separate trays one with a big double outwest style burger and the other with a big double steak style burger. I got two trayswith two hot dogs instead. Plus one of my drinks was supposed to be sweet tea and the other a milkshake I got soda instead. Slight negligence on my part for not doubling checking my order, but other than that the disappointment that?s costing me moneyhas now strayed me away from cookout. I give it 4 stars because their employee, Angel, had the BEST customer service. Extremely busy, when I got my burger it was... wrong. I am allergic to mustard so naturally I order my food without it. Was about to bite into my burger and a huge glob fellout of it. Called them to just let them know to be more careful and Angel was the kindest employee and without hesitation shetold me to come on back and she?d make sure it was made correctly. Check out my picture. It says a lot more than my words. The ratio of sides are unequal for one. I messed up my own order by... getting a "regular BBQ" which means sandwich. That's on me. The cheddar bites will be the only item I order next time in hopesof paying for a meal to get merely a few bites. The other reviews mention this location's habit of skimming on sides and it'strue. Ordered two tray meals each with burgers cooked well done. Was told politely "all the burgers are cooked well done". Both... burgers were pink on the inside, not cooked completely. One bite and in the garbage lost our appetites. $15.00 wasted SMH Read more
They definitely don't make em like they used to. Wait times ridiculous. Y'all close/stop serving at 3, why in the world are... y'all closing down stuff at 12:30am? Y'all so busy trying to close...customer service, quality and attention to detail down thedrain! Y'all know Jeremy would not like that. Also walk up is never supposed to wait. Again y'all so busy trying to close at1230/1, y'all had me up there about 5-10 minutes (before I even ordered) just looking at what y'all doing. Pouring buckets ofwater on/over the fry station cooler ?????????????????????? good way to get shocked. Y'all know better. Do better. Now we getto the food: why in the heck would you charge customers for tomatoes, but put half a tomato slice? Are you only half chargingme? Here's a suggestion...how about you prep more tomatoes, because yanno... You're still open for at least 2 more hours, not tomention you charged the customer for a whole tomato. No joke this is the third time in a row I have had my order messed up. I get a Big Double burger cook out tray with cheese,... lettuce, tomato and BBQ sauce on the burger. They have given me once again, Cole slaw, onion, mustard on it. 3 things Iabsolutely cannot eat without gagging. So be warned they will not get your order correct and I'm through giving them chances.Don't drive off and check absolutely everything. Doesn't matter if you hold up the line.
