For the third time in a row food arrived over 30 min and was barely warm to cold. They need to close this store or get... management that can make things happen. Ill be using pizza hut from now on. Its farther away but at least it arrives HOT!!! Read more

My last couple of orders have all been messed up, I'm currently on hour 2 of waiting for my order with no answers at the store... and no update on the tracker. I absolutely recommend ordering anywhere else, the service is terrible as of late and the ordersare never correct. Updating: I once again made the mistake of ordering from this location, whoever owns the store should havehis franchise rights taken. Customer service is a joke, I was hung up on 4 times while trying to figure out where my food wasand why I was given the wrong order. After 2 hours I drove to the store because they asked that I not eat the pizza, since itwas someone elses. Read more

First time being at this location and it was CHAOS!! My husband called in an order and was told 30 minutes. I got there AND was... told, after waiting for 15 minutes and flagging an emoyee down, that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour BECAUSE they hadtaken two orders that totaled 150 pizzas. 1. Thats not my problem. 2. Don't say 30 minutes when you know its a LIE. Poormanagement. Poor first impression. Read more

Visited inside this restaurant a few weeks ago. Called my order in, went in to pickup and to my dismay the lady working behind... the counter had her hands in and out of a dish taking food out with her bare fingers. Found out it was actually my pasta she wastaking mushrooms out of. Told her she could keep it when she shrugged and acted like this was okay! Not Okay, where gloves orremake the pasta !!! Read more

I drove off with the pizza on the roof of my car?I know!! But someone called them to let them know. Then some one from Dominos... called me just as I pulled up to order another pizza and asked if I lost my pizza! ???? They were awesome and started my orderall over again. Good management from manager James. I've been customer for years and not much to complain. Had a issue with my new Taco Pizza... and he took the time to fix and made it better! He was showing he really care about customer. Two thumbs up for Mr.James! Read more

The worst experience I have ever had with this location. During this pandemic they have a no contact policy in place that they... did not adhere to. This was the first driver to give me a hard time. Any other driver would call, an place my order on thechair. My pizza was delivered, placed on my chair next to my door as instructed. The driver Proceed to my door asking for me tosign the receipt after I explained to him that I paid online, an that this is the whole point of the no contact policy. Well theguy cursed me in front of my children, took our food off of our chair by my door, and drove off abruptly out of ourdriveway. To make matters worse, the ?store manager? or person posing as the store manager on site refused to give me thedrivers name. She placed me on hold never returning to the phone. I called back, another worker answered the phone, an he waswas talking to the ?store manager in the background? she refused to come to the phone. The worker told me that I just talk tothe store manager, instructed to hang up on me when I asked for her name? Not once was I hostile, or cursed anyone. This is notanyway to treat any customer. Finally, I called one last time. Someone answered an told me that the store manager was notonsite, an that he?d be in the next day. They finally provided a first name of the store manager, an told me that he did nothave a last name, and hung up on me when I asked whom I was speaking with so that I could provide it to law enforcement at thetime, and the store manager when I call the next day. Their are so many missing factors here. I asked to speak with a managerwhen I originally called, an I was placed on the phone with a woman. All to be told later that the store manager was not onsite. So which was it? Was their or was their not a store manager on site? My food was paid for an taken from my property. Sothey took my money, an never provided a service? We ordered pizza last night. The delivery driver forgot our drink but we weren?t really worried about it, about 45 minutes later... he showed back up with our drink and it melted my heart. He?s always a sweetheart when he delivers here. Very proud! Read more
