Wish I could give this place less stars. I ordered two medium pizzas from this place. Upon taking my first and only bite I... unfortunately found an acrylic nail while chewing, I called to get a FULL refund from which the manager said it was fine as longas one of his drivers would pick up the pizzas. I happily agreed since I wasn?t going to eat nail infested pizzas. I then waitedan hour and found myself calling them. After being on hold for 27 minutes I find out they weren?t sending anyone because theywere ?too busy? and I could just throw them away. They didn?t even have the curiosity of calling me to notify me and the managerdidn?t seem to care much about the situation. This place is garbage. Read more
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM DOMINOS PIZZA!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 stars. This is the... second time I tried ordering from this location (delivery). The first time I ordered from them I waited 90 minutes for delivery,but the pizza was still hot so I didn?t leave a bad review. However this time I ordered at 7:30pm and didn?t receive my COLDPIZZA UNTIL 10:15pm!!!!!! Are you serious???? In what world is this acceptable customer service? Food is fire Philly Steak And Cheddar made to Perfection! I am a Dominoes Pizza lover and there is something about a Location... that can not only Deliver but Cook. This Dominoes taste better and better with my every order no matter the Shift time whenworkers come in. If you are looking for a Consistent Excellent in Prepared Food and just people who even make improvements whenyou respond online in your honest experience. This Dominoes is it. Very unprofessional service. All the workers were yelling through the store. The store was not clean. Employees were using and... touching there cellphones, then returning to work on the pizzas without washing there hands or wearing any gloves. Will not bereturning and do not recommend. Read more
