If the service here continues like what I experienced today this place will not be around very long. Travis was listed as my... cashier and he is as rude and un-inviting as person as you can imagine. Mumbling and projecting an attitude of absolutely notcaring if you order or not is what will lead to their demise. This place needs an immediate turn around by its owner or theirinvestment will be a total loss. Read more
Literally, the only person in the store on a Saturday morning. I had to wait for them to mix the dough, cook the donuts, restock... their shelves and when I asked for my money back, they finally started making my donuts. They obviously don't care about thecustomers standing in their store. Read more
I have never reviewed a place but this is ridiculous. The product is 100% 5 stars but the customer service is in the negatives.... Walked into an empty store for 1 milkshake and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for that milkshake. I watched 24 donuts and amocha made before a single milkshake. Employee was clearly under the influence. I would rather go to the food lion for shelfKrispy Kreme than return to this establishment. Read more

I miss their holiday drip coffee but love the themed assortment I picked uptoday! One final comment?don?t look up. The fans and air ducts are in serious need of some dusting.
