If the service here continues like what I experienced today this place will not be around very long. Travis was listed as my... cashier and he is as rude and un-inviting as person as you can imagine. Mumbling and projecting an attitude of absolutely notcaring if you order or not is what will lead to their demise. Literally, the only person in the store on a Saturday morning. I had to wait for them to mix the dough, cook the donuts, restock... their shelves and when I asked for my money back, they finally started making my donuts. They obviously don't care about thecustomers standing in their store. Read more
I have never reviewed a place but this is ridiculous. The product is 100% 5 stars but the customer service is in the negatives.... Walked into an empty store for 1 milkshake and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for that milkshake. I watched 24 donuts and amocha made before a single milkshake. Employee was clearly under the influence. I would rather go to the food lion for shelfKrispy Kreme than return to this establishment. Read more
I tried the peanut butter glazed donut with chocolate drizzling. It was sweet and gooey. We also tried the birthday cake... smoothie. It tasted like a sprinkled up birthday cake. The service we got was fine. Read more
I've eaten plenty of donuts, and lots were compared to Duck Donuts. This having been my 1st time... I can now say they weren't... even in the same league! Crazy combinations and additional options. All freshly made and served hot. The Apple Pie was great,same for the Coffee Cake. The surprise was the powdered Cinnamon and Sugar. Basic donut done in an exceptionally good way.Could've had an entire box of just those and would've ecstatic. The Iced coffee was really good as well. We'll be back! That'sfor sure. Cheers. Read more
We placed an order for a dozen doughnuts at 10:52am and by 11:52am they had yet to start on our order. So we asked for our money... back and left with no doughnuts in hand. It seemed like the woman working was training a new employee, which I understand takestime. However, management should have staffed appropriately for training new employees on a Sunday morning. Delicious donuts, made fresh to order. It?s hard to beat their lightweight batter, with endless options to customize. It?s great... to have an NC-based business to support local. I miss their holiday drip coffee but love the themed assortment I picked uptoday! One final comment?don?t look up. The fans and air ducts are in serious need of some dusting. Kinda scary actually, or Iwouldn?t have to mention it (not pictured out of respect/benefit of the doubt - I know it could happen anywhere). Read more
