I went in there this morning I was the only customer in the store and still had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone... acknowledged I was there. The cashier said sorry my coworkers didn?t tell me anyone was there even though I could see them allstanding around having conversations. So even though he apologized he blamed it everyone else for not doing his job. Then afterI ordered while I was waiting on my coffee a girl behind the counter started being sarcastic and condescending to me because Iwas still upset over not being acknowledged for 5 minutes and when I called her out for being that way she responded with,?that?s how I talk?. Then while I was walking out of the store she said loudly so I could hear that I was the one who was wrongabout her attitude. No idea why but I went into the establishment this morning and the cashier did not seem like he wanted to be there or serve us... at all. I wasn't rude to him or anything. I believe I even got an eye roll out of him. We ended up not finishing our order andwent to Krispy Kreme instead. It was too early for that kind of energy. Read more
It's a hit or miss with this Dunkin, they barely have anything. Lack of communication with customers. I don't write reviews... about fast foods or coffee shops. I feel like it is what it is. But these employees are too sneaky. I got a burnt bagel. I wentthere asked for a green tea with sugar, they gave me black tea no sugar, they removed the little tap that identified the tea.Because I was in drive thru I didn't realize that until I got to my destination. But I'm a tea drinker I know the differencebetween green and black tea. I didn't appreciate their sneakyness. That's why I'm writing a review. Read more
Have no idea why people would buy stale sugary shitbucks coffee when there's a dunkins near by. Coffee always taste fresh, food... is great not frozen and microwaved. Plus I love the skibo location because Milla is the cutest coffee girl around. Read more
Associate was knowledgeable, warm and quick. Great location and it has a nice outdoors area.
This location is ALWAYS out of something. Learn how to manage your stock and demand better. Also there was a hair inside my... pumpkin donut which is DISGUSTING. Lines are always slow and long. Employees are rude and always have an attitude. This placeneeds better management but of Course it?s Fayetteville so don?t expect much. Read more
