Wish I had read the reviews before stopping. Staff was nice. Service quick. But the hashbrowns tasted like bleach. I thought I... was crazy but read other reviews with similar experiences tasting dish water etc. Breakfast sandwich bread had absolutely beensitting overnight like others say. Stale and cold. Was stopping by to pick up breakfast for the team, line in the drive through wrapped around the building so I decided to go in,... WRONG it was 7:20am and the door is locked? Short staffed so couldn?t order hashbrowns. And I?ve never had a frozen coffee this dark and separate within the 5 min drive... home . I knew it wasn?t right by the color but to get home and it?s separated is ridiculous. Had to go here since raeford rd isclosed. Read more
North carolina isnt big on ice coffee, tget dont take it seriously, I'm a new Yorker that's what we do, they dont like to give... extra syrup for when the ice waters down the drink. Customers are not always right. Read more
I've been holding off writing a review for while only to give them a fair try. Unfortunately, I cant give this location a "pass"... any longer. Flavor profile on drinks are inconsistent (one day it's good, the next is "meh") food tastes ok, but the bread feelsand tastes like its been sitting out over night. And finally, the espresso machine is broken.. again. Last time it broke, it wasdown for about 2 weeks. The staff is friendly and kind and in no way their fault for this review. It was about 8 am and we stopped to get breakfast on our way out of town. We could see 5 cars in the drive thru so decided to... walk in hoping for quick service as we were the only ones in there. There were 4 employees we could see working but no one cameto help as they were focused on the drive thru. We ordered and the girl has to ask us three more times what we ordered and itwas : one whole milk we carried to the register, 6 glazed munchkins, 1 plain bagel not cut or toasted, one donut vanilla frostedwith sprinkles. I think the poor girl must have had a lot of voices in her ear from the communication system so she couldn?tfocus on us. We drove down the road and opened the munchkins (supposed to be glazed) and they tasted like cinnamon (crosscontamination?). Well the plain bagel was good and so was the glazed donut. Read more
The wait is constantly crazy long. I've seen this place staffed with over 5 plus employees and the service is always bad. I have... gone inside to order and to the drive thru. There seems to be no order inside as to what's going on. The coffee never tasteslike the traditional Dunkin that I'm use to. I ordered a bagel this morning and coffee through the drive thru. I sat in line fora good 20 minutes. I was given my coffee and told to pull up for my bagel. Once I got my bagel it was barely toasted andwarm. Last time coming here. Read more
