But the way they smashed their patty down, a double cheeseburgers patties wouldn't even make up half of a... traditional patty and you can hardly taste the meat at all it's almost non-existent (how thin it is). I was very surprised when I went to lunch with my son daughter in law and new grandson, it was definitely not your typical fast... food place. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. We came here today to give this place our first shot and were so pleased with the overall experience that we will definitely be... back! The food was delicious- got the friendly cashier?s recommendations of the #3 and a strawberry cheesecake custard- IT WASGREAT! The atmosphere had such a cool, retro diner vibe and we actually enjoyed waiting for the food (which didn?t take long atall!). Finally, last but not least.. these workers need to be commended for having some of the best customer service I?ve seensince covid happened. The workers, especially the cashier at the front today did such a lovely job of making sure everyone wastaken care of. We came for the custard and came back for the burgers. My wife and I love to bring our dog through the drive thru and get him a... pup cup and some sundaes for ourselves. The staff at the window is friendly. The burgers are some of our favorite chain burgers.They are super thin, smash style which gives the patties a unique crunch. Fries are good too. Read more

Not bad!! The burger was a Banger. Not a fan of the toddler fries. Customer service was pretty good. The female at the register... was very patient and helpful. The flies in the lobby were annoying and it could help if it were cleaned thoroughly. That is thereason for the 4 ???? rating. Also the tea station is a bit of a hassle. Okay, but not that impressive! I have always been curious about this franchise but I never committed to try it. However on this... particular day I decided to give it a chance. This restaurant located on Ramsey Street is pretty easy to access. Once I arrivedit was easy to find a parking spot as they were not crowded. Appearance: your restaurant appeared to be very clean the tableswere clean there was no paper on the floor so that was a plus. Once I approached to order the menu board was difficult for meto read. I am a bit visually impaired so that was part of a struggle. However the associate was friendly and willing to help sothat experience was not bad. She took the time to kindly answer my questions, so customer service was good. They appeared to beadequately staffed and my meal was prepared in rapid time, so that was good as well. Once I receive my food, I noticed I didnot receive the fry sauce or the ketchup that was requested upon order and was clearly stated on the receipt, so I had to goback and ask for it. I didn't have any problems getting it but I had to go back and ask for it. I was excited to die then for ataste test in my Miller opted for onion rings for a 50 cent up charge versus the fries that directly come with the combomeal. The food look good and smelled great. However, the taste test was very disappointing. It was just not what I expected.There was no particular unique taste about the burger or the fries. As a matter of fact they were just playing or bland if youwill. I appreciate the pickle to onion ratio, which was to my liking, but outside of that I was truly disappointed. Even the frysauce did not help, as it was bland as well. I had a diet Pepsi, mini restaurants have problems with fountain drinks and thiswas more of the same, it was just carbonated, no flavor.
