Our server, Angel completely messed up order. We asked for our wings to be all flats and cooked well-done. Instead we received... all drumsticks that were far from well done. We asked for our kids wings to be breaded they came out naked. We asked for noranch or blue cheese but our food came with ranch spilled all over it. The incompetent manager, Kayla, came to our table shegot our order correct. But explained to me that she could not cook our wings well done ?due to health code violations?. Thewings that Kayla brought out were less cooked than the first time. And had feathers all over them. Then to my dismay there was adog (not service dog) laying on the table. My experience was very nice. Staff worker Carrigan was friendly and nice making sure my items ordered were correct and came in a... timely manner. My first visit back to the restaurant in awhile so it was great to come back to terrific staff and great food. Read more
We wanted wings and Hooter?s was in the area. This dining experience was much better than our first time here. We were seated... quickly. Service was okay. The food was hot and fresh. The beer was cold. We will probably return if we want wings in this area. Read more
Good place, except you're pretty much left to yourself unless you're a regular, that's the only down fall I see. They could step... up their customer service, hell I used to work for them at the original location back in the early 2000-01. I will keep goingand see how it gets and see if they can keep me as a customer cause they have potential of being Great again. I used to reallyenjoy going to Hooter's. Read more
Sorry place to eat. Three people eating and our plates were 15 minutes apart. Kids plate last. Blonde hair manager had no clue... as to how to handle the situation. She had the audacity to ask me how I would like her to handle this matter.. she then got madand walked off.. This is why this place has a 3.6. Worst hooters ever and manager needs to be fired. Wait times for seating or service can be longer than expected. Food quality and service has taken a nose dive recently too.... Despite the attractive waitresses, you are better off going somewhere else for your food needs. Read more

For my first ever time going to any Hooter's on the planet, it left a great impression on me! The atmosphere was great, the... girls were indeed quite attractive, and the bar service was good! Only reason I leave four stars is because the menu didn'thave the prices listed, but that's not an issue that will keep me from coming back. Read more
