Dont bother ordering online. Just go stand in line. It'll take just as long. I guess the guy who came in behind me piqued the... girl at the front counter's interest more than I did since he was serviced first. Then had to ask a worker who stepped from theback to the front for just a moment if the large bag on the other counter was my order..surprise..it was. With nice cold cans ofsoda in the bag with my nice luke warm cheesesteaks. EDIT- UPDATING MY REVIEW Service is better. Different staff maybe? Idk butI'll be back for sure :) Read more
Friendly employees and fresh ingredients. Better than other sandwich chains. Love the canned drink options.

The management here isn't good, they have no leadership and just bad rude service. Apparently they aren't franchised, and... their iwner must not be engaged at all. I would highly recommend driving the extra distance to the inherent Jersey Mikes orjust going elsewhere. Read more
The manager was very rude to an already irate customer. Then she used vulgarities after the gentleman left. The whole... situation made me feel unsafe, and her handling of the situation was not what I'd expect from a manager. Read more
They made the wrong sandwich on the wrong bread, completely the wrong order. When I called to see if they gave me the wrong... order, the manager blamed me, and told me to bring the sandwich back (I live 15 min away, 45 min time wasted). I love jerseymikes but will never be back to this store. Read more
This is one of my favorite Jersey Mike's Subs locations. Everyone is so polite and well mannered. Not once has my food been... inaccurate and that in itself is a milestone duh to my complicated nature. The manager Brittney who works there is always sonice and welcoming anytime I see her. They have exceeded my expectations on countless occasions. I thank you all for the hardwork and the positive attitudes. Keep up the great work. Read more
