I got the spicy chicken sandwich. Nothing wrong with it. The lobby was extremely dirty. Flies everywhere.
Is very disappointing that I spend 42.00 on 8/4/2022 and request 2 cookies for my granddaughters and the manager told me that I... had to pay the 1.29. I told her I just spend on a family meal for my family and you are going to charge me for 2 cookie?....Ifeel that when a person is spending so much on a family meal 2 or even 3 cookies should be a complementary item..... and is notthe first time I spend my good money on this local KFC....what I don't get is the change in crew all the time. This is without a doubt the worst KFC I've ever been to. I understand that sometimes a place may have times that slip and... correct its short comings. But this had been the constant for over two years. For the past two years I would place an order,get home and be disappointed. We would wait a few months before going back hoping it change but it keeps getting worse. Todaywas the last time I ever visit this kfc. The chicken has never been on par with other kfc restaurants, but today was the worstchicken I've ever had in my life!!! The 11 herbs and spices were missing 10 and half of them... The chicken tasted like burntgrease and the fries were soggy. Needless to say after the first bite I threw it all in the trash! For now on I'll drive theextra 15 minutes to go with another chain. I want to commend the staff who were on duty today around 3:15pm. My husband, a disabled veteran, fell in the restroom. I... asked for help and the staff immediately responded. A young man, I think his name was Andre, was more than kind to my husbandand helped get him off the floor. My husband weighs 239 pounds and Andre may have weighed 150. But he was able to get him up. I cannot say enough about this young man and how courteous he was. Also, the food was hot and delicious. I asked for mylivers to be cooked extra crisp and they were! My husband's chicken tenders were hot and crispy too. We travel to the VAhospital in Fayetteville a lot. We stop at Gray's Creek for KFC and have never been disappointed. Read more
I tried the Nashville tenders for the first time. I do have to say it?s not as hot as Prince?s Hot Chicken in Nashville. Lol.... For those who has tried Prince?s?it?s no joke. Flavor was there. I?m glad I only got the 3 pc Nashville meal was like $7 asthere wasn?t much of a wow factor. I had a bite or two but my daughter ended up finishing the rest. We also got the 8pc darkmeat fill up and it was good. I had some Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and chicken. My kids ate the biscuits as I?m not big onbiscuits. We also got fries and it was seasoned well just didn?t taste fresh by the time my son got home which we live 5 minutesaway. Updated visit 12/29/2021: We got the wrong order even after driving up to the window and explaining exactly what wewanted. We ordered a #2 (but wanted two thighs instead) with coleslaw and two #11s (one we wanted tenders, the other we wantedwings). Not only did the worker repeat our order but we asked if we could substitute the tenders to wings of the #11. She madeit seem like It wasn?t an issue. We get all the way home and my #2 had two wings and NOT the two thighs that I asked for. Thecoleslaw wasn?t fresh and it seemed like it wasn?t freshly pulled out of the fridge. The #11 wings we asked for were tenders.The only order they got right was one #11. I spent about $30 only to get 1/3 of my order wrong. The worker even repeated theorder only to get it wrong. This isn?t the first time this location has gotten my order wrong. I don?t come here often at allbecause of this but because my boyfriend wanted the Nashville hot tenders. If you do go to this location, double check yourorder before you leave. This is definitely a place I don?t frequent too often. Read more
My wife bought a chicken pot pie from this restaurant tonight. It was dry and had obviously been made much earlier today and so... dry it was inedible. She called the store and the manager was very rude. When she asked to speak with the owner, she was by themanager, "I don't have their number." Poor quality food and even worse customer service...take your money elsewhere. Read more
12/8/21 Ordered a 8 piece meal. Paid $25. 91. After waiting about 15 minutes for fresh cooked chicken, I got GREASY, NASTY... looking chicken. I went back and got my money back. Manager on duty said she couldn't do anything about it because theircooking equipment was not working properly. She said it was not her problem and each time their chicken fryer got repaired, itstill did not work. So....why is KFC selling chicken that looks like this picture?
