App is bit challenging to pre order on but once you get it figured out, its actually ok. Pizza quality is good, service is good... and employees friendly and professional. Appears to be clean place. We have been pleased with our weekly orders thus far. Read more

Food is always good! Sanitation is not. Went to pick up an order and watched a lady touch cards and money to cash out someone's... order then went back and sprinkled cheese on a pizza with her bare hands. No gloves no hand washing. After all the illnessaround us every where should use gloves and be cautious! Also the person who takes order on the phone is always highly confused. Read more

I am not looking free items nor am I looking for coupons. I just wanted to let someone know that my first experience was not... good. In this economy, spending over $70 for a meal much less pizza is a luxury for most families. For that luxury to be taintedby a bad experience and food that is not edible is very disappointing. I do want to say that the one man that was working wasextremely nice. He was frustrated with his coworkers but was very pleasant to the customers. I understand that the ticketmachine was down and orders were not printing out but properly trained food service workers should be able to think on theirfeet. Instead of complaining about someone not coming in, write down the orders for that one man to work the orders coming in.When I say that one man was the only one working, I mean he prepped the dough in the back, prepared the food, cooked, cut, andgreeted customers at the counter. One person worked on the ticket machine. 3 others wondered around the back as if they didn?tknow what to do. Complaining about various things. A man in a red shirt finally jumped in to expedite food. He asked me 7 timeswhat I ordered. At one point I gave him my phone so he could get my order together. He tried hard to get it all together but hewas overwhelmed with a large order. He brought me part of my order. I explained that I was still missing something and the wingshad the wrong sauce. I tried to help out by asking to making the other wings with the sauce that was meant for the wings alreadymade. He put my order on the counter, walked off to make the remaining item. Did not put my food under the heat to keep it warm.All in all, I wanted in the store for over 30 minutes for an order that said was ready on tracking before I left my house. I didreceive 2 emails from ?managers? wanting to give me coupons for discounts. I emailed both with my story and never heard backfrom either person. Was on a trip and stopped because we have one at home and we love them. However, not this one. Manager seems to have an attitude... problem. Pizza was good once the order was corrected. Workers seemed to be very lackadaisical. If you don?t like your job,please just quit?.saves everyone in the end. Seriously. Read more

Highly unprofessional whoever is answering phones on July 7 at 940 p.m needs serious retraining. He gave me three different... prices for the wings and after I decided I didn't want it because of the confusion he just banged the phone without anappropriate goodbye or apology for all his uncertainty. Excellent pizza. We ordered two medium pizzas delivered to our hotel. The initial time for delivery was estimated 43 minutes, we... recieved our order in 20 minutes. Love their thin crust pizzas. Will order again! Read more
