Went to McDonald?s tonight. The girl at the second speaker was very rude and nasty and the tone in her voice. She left about... 6:23 PM. The girl that took over her shift or her spot her and the girl were smirking the whole time I was at the window and thegirl that took my order told the new shift person. Good luck. I will not be returning to this McDonald?s. I will drive 30minutes to another McDonald?s where they have better or customer service. Read more

I really don't understand why at 1:20 in the afternoon you have five people pulled forward waiting for their lunch food? Did you... forget you were open for lunch? Are all of us ordering regular stuff off the menu that you are advertising? I understand youmight have staffing shortages but continuing to pull people forward during lunch Rush shows a lack of management and leadershipcommunication is the key. Drove through and specifically asked for "unsweet tea." received correctly and listed on receipt. Got sweet. took it BACK into... restaurant as they somehow can sell soda at $1 but tea at $2? Asked and received... another sweet tea. Read more
I ordered from the drive through. I ordered a strawberry shake from the menu, but (of course) the machine is broken. I also... ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal, but I got a chicken sandwich instead. I brought the order inside and the employeeimmediately replaced it with the correct food without any fuss. Despite the broken shake machine and an inaccurate order, thereplacement lunch was good. Read more

I went into McDonalds yesterday, hobbling in on my cane. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Mrs, Yvette Little, and... she was not only fantastic, but the driving force behind my 5/5 review. I ordered my food and she brought it to my table,something that does not happen at other locations, and asked if there was anything else she could do to assist me. Herpersonality was cheery, and her smile inviting. Absolutely one of the best, if not the best, McDonalds associate I?ve ever hadthe pleasure of encountering. Read more
