I have now had a second bad experience with the very rude and childish behavior of a "person in charge" at this location. The... first time I let it go, but the second time, she brought out the order, and states "oh I remember you from the prior incident'.As I questioned her why she would not allow my wife to use the restroom, she explained, but got defensive when I asked who thefranchise owner was. Stating I could report her, but she had 3 daughters at home. That does not make it right to getdisrespectful. As I backed out she stuck out her tongue acting as child. Owners can contact me! Usually don?t write review, I?m usually an everyday customer. But every time I come to this McDonald in particular they?re... closed around 3-4am and the apple pies are so old they remove the label on the flap indicating when it was prepared. My Hi-C wasalso watered down, which Is ironic because I ordered it without any ice. Overall decent at best? Very disappointing, I wouldn?trecommend going here. Read more
Food was not fresh as they said it was I stood there waiting for 10 mins to get my food after I ordered. Went through drive thru and was given cold fries. The girl with purple hair had horrible customer service. I had to get out of... my car to go inside and ask for fresh fries, in which the same girl came to the register and didn't acknowledge me. I had toyell out for fresh fries and she kept an attitude the whole time while telling another worker I wanted fresh fries. The youngemployees there are always negative, on their phones, and lack customer service. Read more
Was not happy. They got 2 stars because my order was technically correct on paper. I ask for a 10 PC nugget at the speaker and... the manager removed it from my order on a technicality. I asked her to fix it and she refused even though I would pay for it atthe window. Read more

I had a mobile order and somehow my food was given to another customer..(it's ok..things happen and they literally got busy out... of nowhere) however Kendra made everything totally worth it!
