If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ghetto McDonalds ran by hood rats and I'm black so I can say that.... Everything was... cold. And old. Like it had been sitting there. Girl at the drive threw was rude.. just a whole bunch of talking and playingaround mean while they had several cars parked and several orders wrong. When I tried to call the phone at least 5 times. So rude will never go again. Was in the drive through the other lane had 3 cars to go while I was sitting ready to give my... order. Was talking to a person in my car I said why is everyone else going? Person comes on intercom and says I'm doingsomething. Very rude . So I go inside to order and a lady beside me was complaining to another staff about the same person. Shereplied y'all need to change your manager. Not sure if he was or not. No receipt. First thing I notice in the drive-thru window is all the Flys inside the building. All 3 items I got were not good.... The hash brown was over-cooked to the point I only ate one bite. The biscuit was hard, normally at other McDonald's I can cutthem with the side of my fork. The gravy had a "off" smell to them. I took one bite and knew something wasn't right so I spitit out. This morning, I came to get some breakfast and I ordered a caramel iced coffee as I usual, I opened the lid and there?s a fly... floating at the top. Only had chicken nuggets for ordering nothing else Went to Ramsey St McDonald's to get my food. The week before they were only... doing cards no cash. This establishment is getting worse. A few weeks before that they were only accepting cash. Each time Ivisited this location was on a Friday night after my son's football game. Management need to see why their location is nothaving their location up and running like it should. Also this location keeps beggars hanging around which is a troublesome. Read more
