Had excellent service with the staff very early this morning about 1:30 a.m. with it being so early in the morning I did not... expect such great service.Christopher took our order and went beyond and above. He dropped some hot fries and the food was allfresh and hot. He had remarkable customer service skills and the cook did a great job! Read more
Came to eat here service was ok but nobody ever looks happy to see you. :/ or thrilled to be at work. The young boy that was... handing my food was pulling his hair out of his mouth it was gross. Our medium and large fries were half full (I don?t know whyit?s so hard to fill up a fry box) :/ to top it off the fries were not even tasting fresh at all and if you ask them to re makethem they would give you a attitude. They forgot a item and also the staff are very loud talking to themselves it was reallycrazy how loud they are while we are trying to eat. I have been to much better McDonald?s I guess it depends on location maybe.Hit or miss. This was definitely one we won?t return back to. (I guess everywhere can?t be like chick fil a lol) do better, lookpresentable, be friendly, and most importantly cook fresh food. I mean even their shirts say ?community friendly? So far fromit. First time we went (12:30 am) they said they were only doing door dash and Uber eats orders. Next time for breakfast (10:30 am)... all was smooth, though the person in front of us in the drive through seemed to have some problem. Third time (8:00 pm) theytold me ?sorry we?re closed, come back in 15 minutes?. What? I thought it was a 24 hours location, but it feels more likethey?re open when they?re open. I normally don?t leave Negative reviews! I was raised off the saying ?If you can?t say something nice, then don?t say anything... at all!? But this has to be said I hate spending over $30 on food and then receiving thrown together burgers, cold/hard chickennuggets with a side of cold fries! Not to mention we had to wait over 30 to 40 minutes before we could even place our order! Ifyou?re going to have a customer wait that long, the least you can do is give us fresh food!!! I have tried to give thisrestaurant a chance to vindicate themselves, but almost every time I come to this location, I?m completely disappointed! Please Do Better! Read more

Absolutely terrible. Look I know it's fast food and the pay isn't that great but I was always taught when you do a job then do... it right and to the best of your ability. Got the wrong food. They forgot my drink. Fries were soggy. Then after I got my drinkit was flat. I mean seriously McDonald's needs to re-evaluate their customer service and the folks they employee.
