I went though the drive-thru and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. The server stated that all they had available to drink was... water, apple and orange juice. I asked her if she can take off for the drink? She stated "no". I asked her how much for 2cheeseburgers and a medium fry. It was more than that meal. I told her to include one of the drinks originally offered and shestated a water or apple juice, but did not state the orange juice this time. I told her I wanted the orange juice. The price onthe board stated $6 and some change, but when I was pulling off I saw the price was over $8. I get up to the window and shestates that the meal is over $8, I told her the price on the board said $6, she stated that the prices had changed. I told herto go get a manager. I don't know if I got charged extra for the orange juice or if the the prices jumped to an extra $2 forthat meal. The more these restaurants keep charging, the less I will be going and the more I will be cooking at home. So notonly were the machines broken down (which is nothing unusual for this establishment), but they have the audacity to not offerthe customer something for their inconvenience. The shake machine is alwayssss broken down, which I think is a lie. I think theyjust clean it early. Hands down the worst customer service, slow, lack of friendliness and the appearance that they even want toserve the public let alone show up for work. Read more
Service was good. The shift leader was going around and cleaning the tables, tending to a very demanding customer with a lot of... patience. My "beef," no pun intended, is with the corporation. I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich for $3.89. The onlydifference between that and a McChicken is 2 slices of tomatoes. The McChicken is $1.79. That is one hell of expensive tomato! The fries were also weird looking. They were shoe string fries, not regular fries. I rarely eat fast food, so I don't know ifthis is going on at all locations throughout the company or only at this franchise. Just don't waste your money ordering thedeluxe chicken sandwich. We were ignored. Waited for about 10 minutes before they took our order. Ice machine empty tea Despenser empty. Every one there... were rude. Including the so called manager. Only one young man was helpful. Take like you want. But everyone was black!!!! Read more
I don't think I have ever had McDonald's food from here be correct the first time or not be told I have to wait in a parking... spot for 15 mins for them to bring it out. I might as well have gone to a restaurant and waited the food would have tastedbetter. Does anyone remember when McDonald's used to salt their fries? Why did they stop? They went from the best fries EVER tothe WORST! If they were trying to make it healthier they could have switched to sea salt so it was at flavored! No moreMcDonald's for me.... Sad. Read more
Came here at a busy time (6pm), sat at the table with my son and saw how fast they work. The crew today communicated well,... triaged orders, and we're nice to their customers. They must be friends outside of work or something because they seem to havefun working together. Tashawn was my fav. I'll come back here even if the ice cream machine is broken. Read more
I initially gave them five stars for the customer service but food is not paper, so I am taking those stars away. Our burger... literally had paper in between it was cooked like that and it was raw in the middle. We went back to the store and they fix thesandwich and it was super sloppy the second time around. Never eating at this location again they lost our business. Read more
The quality in service and food has improved so drastically, it?s amazing! Twice I?ve gone through their drive-thru leaving in a... better mood only because of the way the people treated me. The inside is clean, well attended, and welcoming. Never thought I?drave about a McDonald?s, but about time! Thank you guys for being so great!! Read more
