This review is strictly for the rude manager or shift leader at this location on 11/28. I placed a mobile order went in to get... my food at 12:00pm. I was unable to get her name. But very loudly she would call out order numbers. Making herself the loudestvoice in the building. And rudely says have your ticket number ready with a stern voice and look at it. Clearly the only managerI have ever seen at this location with no customer service skills. And clearly does not handle a fast past work environmentwell. To the gentleman taking orders great customer service skills. He always has the customers best interest at heart. HoweverI feel bad for the employees at this location having to deal with that manger?s behavior, completely unacceptable. Walking to mycar outside the building. I ordered a delivery order from doordash that consisted of a large Big Mac meal with a Coke, 2 McChickens and 4 chocolate chip... cookies. My large fries wasn't in the bag and the 2 McChickens were burnt and cold filets with mac sauce on them that I didn'task for. Absolutely disgusting. Now I have to leave my house to go pay for another meal as the one I received was both incorrectand inedible. If I could rate zero I definitely would. Read more

I hate this McDonald?s. As someone who?s worked in the fast food industry for 6-7yrs I understand when things can get hectic... during certain hours for whatever reason. I always come up to the drive thru friendly and yet I always get cut off mid sentence,I get attitude thrown at me for no damn reason and most of the time I still get my order incorrectly! I ordered using the app and waited for my order curbside. The wait was a little long which was to be expected since it was rush... hour breakfast time. The manager, Jamal, brought my order to the car & apologized for the wait. I thought this was very nice ofhim especially considering the negative experiences I?ve had at other McDonalds I?m the area. As a former fast food manager I know most customers only leave reviews when orders are wrong. Well I am glad to say that out of... all the stores in the area, I have never had a problem with this McDonald?s. The drive thru service is lightening quick, thecurbside is well tuned for the flow of business outside. My only complaint would be the dining in/taking out experience. I mighthave come on a bad day which happens in the business but orders were backed up right after the breakfast rush. I was pleased tosee the manager and leads right in the mix with the rest of the employees taking care of everyone. I didn?t quite catch a namebut the one lady manager on the lunch time shift with tattoos knows customer service. Steps out to help in the drive thru and inthe dining room. This location is all about price gouging the soldiers who defend this country . They have increased prices dramatically. They... are charging $1.89 per hash brown , also it?s an additional $3.00 to add 2 of the skinniest pieces of bacon to any sandwichbreakfast or lunch & dinner. One of the employees stated that this particular location has raised prices over 6 times in a 2month span . The owners of this location ARE EXPLOITING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT FORT BRAGG IS 2 miles down theroad and full of young soldiers .
