I have been to multiple locations in Fayetteville over the years and they are all serving great food and awesome customer... service. I don?t know what it is but #7 on Reilly Rd is the absolute best. Exceeded expectations! Ordered chicken fajitas for an office event hosting 15 people. The order included chicken fajita,... tortillas (3x individually wrapped), condiments, rice and beans, nachos, salsa, dessert, two gallons of a drink and flatware.The amount of food received served triple the amount. On the day of pickup, I received a call once my order was ready, wentinto the store to pay, and the owner loaded the food in my vehicle. The flavor combinations balanced out perfectly. The food was delicious. However, the customer service was TERRIBLE!!! asked what the margarita special was. Was told peach and... that was fine. Went to order at the bar (as instructed to). The young lady's comprehension of English wasn't too great so we gotassistance. We were then offered only top shelf tequila. I asked 3x if that is part of the SPECIAL bc I want the special and wastold yes only to later on be told by mgmt that THERES AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR TOP SHELF, IF NOT THEY WOULNT BE IN BUSINESS...blahblah blah. I told him that I didn't request that and I wanted the SPECIAL and had repeatedly confirmed DonJulio was apart ofthat. He became rude and indignant. Requested upper management just to be further disrespected and after ALL THE DISRESPECTand having the young lady lie on me, I was given the regular price for my margarita. 1st and LAST visit. I'm a regular here and I must say, all the times I've been here, the staff have always been friendly and the food is always hot!... Delicious. And they're quick to bring the food to you! Since I'm a regular here, the staff knows me and my family, they'd alwaysgreet us! I miss the old manager though, he was such a sweetheart! Read more
