Went Mods in Fayetteville NC pizza tonight and order a 11 inch Dillon James online. According to my online confirmation it... stated order would be ready at 7:46 pm. When i got to the restaurant my order was not ready. I waited an additional 20 mins toget my order and when I checked out it was nothing I ordered. It was just a pepperoni pizza. I ask for a refund and a veryhateful male worker told me we can?t give u a refund or discount because u ordered online . So here I am stuck with a order Ididn?t order. They ran out of tomatoes and other ingredients that was suppose to come on the pizza. I was so upset from his toneand waiting I simply just walked out. Read more
Pizza Rate: 7.1 Excellent pizza. Cooked to perfection. Fresh ingredients and the produce was tasteful. But, customer Service is... always key! I came to the restaurant on a Wednesday night, the crew were so dry and sometime got mad when new customersarrived to the store. Long faces and attitudes when ask questions or request more ingredients. Bad Attitude will not take youplaces in this business. Still, great product...great pizza. Read more
First the food, which was the best part of the visit. Standard Mod fare and quality, so no surprises there. But?. Wow?we have... to address the store. I read another review about the crew being short handed?not sure what the issue is, but it took way toolong to order and get food. The model is designed for probably 3 more people than they had?they were trying, but 3 peopletrying to manage the walk in and call in orders and keep the Dining room clean and their topping bar stocked was a bridge toofar, ESPECIALLY for a joint with ?super fast? pasted all over their store. Also, the a/c was OP?we moved outside when thefrostbite started (ok, not that cold - but uncomfortably so). Dining room and bathroom needs a full time worker keeping thingsstraight. Standard GF awareness, which was nice. So, decent pizza?don?t recommend during meal hours is this is the way theyoperate (it was 7pm on a Monday). Read more
Our second time at MOD and again a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, patient, and kind to our group of 6.
I love this pizza chain ???? It?s like Subway but for pizza ???? The Fayetteville, North Carolina facility on Skibo Rd was super... clean, friendly staff, & incredible tasting pizzas. If you ever have the opportunity to eat at a Mod Pizza restaurant definitelystop in & enjoy the atmosphere along with a pretty damn good tasting pizza. Had never been before and happened to be walking by with my daughter. On a whim, we ordered two pizzas, one simple and one not.... Both were excellent and the staff was very friendly. Almost 5 star review... a few things in the restaurant could have been alittle cleaner. Will 100% be back. The ability to add so many options at no additional cost was great! Although I felt a fewtraditional toppings were missing. Crust was perfect and taste was even better than expected. Read more
Great pizza, always taste great. Kept clean! But employees could do better with their attitudes. No one smiling, they look... annoyed that customers are even there. No welcome or anything. Read more
Update from a week ago. Went in tonight and the food was great. I don't know why they were having such issues. Gladly was able... to get the options for my diabetic family members and the place was clean with great service. Been going here for years and Ihad given a previous 5 star but MODS has went downhill. Tonight's issue, MODS being the only place with decent cauliflower pizzaoffers a my diabetic family members a decent meal option but the staff chose not to serve cauliflower pizza over three hoursprior to closing because "it would be too much work to deal with." I'm just no fan of laziness like this but could be moreunderstanding if it were near closing time. Read more
