Ordered through the drive thru and received my chicken Fuji apple salad with no chicken on it and there were no napkins in the... bag. Didn't realize the omission until I was already at my destination. Good food, but a little more attention to detail fromthe staff would be nice! Read more
Went to Panera for the new chicken sandwich?.. they advertise the sauce and Parmesan crisps making this sandwich stand out ,... well after paying $15.00 this is what I got !!! Weren't greeted upon entry but service was good even though we ordered using the kiosk. Food was prepared fast & was fresh &... delicious. We tried the new green tea, the mint strawberry drink and the new chicken sandwich. Everything was really good. Mysalad was really fresh & crispy and so were the items from the bakery. The orange zest scone is my favorite & I usually don'tlike orange but I love this thing. Would recommend & would return. Read more
Not a good experience! They didn't have the right bread for de BLT, no extra bread for the soup so we got chips with sea salt... and my wife is allergic to sea salt, no lemon cookies! The cashier was nice but never ask if the order was dine in and they makeit in a bag to go but when we look around everybody else had bags too so maybe was a bad trick and that way they didn't have todo the dishes! My 1st visit to this location was a good experience. My breakfast wrap and coffee was satisfying. The employee at the drive thru... was super sweet and was nice enough to help me decide on a coffee that fit my needs. Read more

Had food delivered to me by my hubby a week ago from here. Oh wow. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was also..he sent me... a very fresh and soft breakfast sandwich with sausage and eggs and a vanilla latte. I was stuck at our rental unit with deadbattery so I spent the nite. When I got up he surprised me with this yummy treat and had sent from. Door dash or ubereats... The bread was soft and warm, and the sandwich melted in my mouth. I wasn't a fan of Panera before because the bread wasalways too hard and I don't like toasted or hard crusty bread. My bread has to be soft and fresh or I don't want it. I visited Panera Sunday 10/30/22 around 2:30pm and the manager working was phenomenal. I didn?t get her name but she was helping... ring customers up and was actively trying to help her employees. While balancing everything with a warm welcome. Fantasticservice! Read more
