It took 35 minutes to get my pizza after it was out for delivery. Pizza Hut was only 3.3 miles away. The delivery driver called... me and I had to go out to the parking lot and his car to get my pizza. I called to talk to the manager and the manager hung upon me. Read more
Called this pizza hut Friday 6/10/22 at 5:30 The ?manager? was very rude. I asked for wings and had a coupon he lied and said it... was invalid I called another pizza hut?they said it went through just fine? this guy needs to get fired. Tried the family feast for the first time and ordered online. After just a few minutes after ordering, we get a call confirming... our order and offering a small change with the wings. We had Cajun and spicy garlic which were terrific. Pizza was good althoughthe sauce was a bit heavy and didn't taste heated enough. There was more sauce than cheese. It tasted more like marinara saucethan pizza sauce. Service was prompt and got our order exactly on the time they said. The cheesy bread topping is dry. Update: they didn?t refund my money back or offer to redo my order. All I wanted was my money. Wish I could give negative... stars. They don?t deserve 1 star rating. I normally order from here atleast once a month or so. And have it delivered. The lastfew times I?ve picked up my food they was beyond rude. I called stating that my order was messed up. Food was cold. Was supposedto be meat lovers with extra pepperoni but was only pepperoni. The Chicken pizza barely had chicken on it. Both barely had sauceor cheese. Very disappointed. I was hung up on 3 times. Horrible customer service. I spend almost $100 every time I order.You?ll be upset if your order was messed up and staff called you a liar. When The ?supervisor? answered the phone, the firstthing out her mouth was that she gets off in 2 hours. She had a worst attitude than the employees. She said they was going torefund my money back.
