The new ?Melts? are a joke. They are small as can be and the commercial says? enough for 2 to share but you won?t want to? they... are 100% correct. I wouldn?t want to share it because 3 bites in and they are gone. The food itself was bland and they tried tocover it up with Parmesan cheese and it was just bad. I ordered a pasta bowl, wings, and cheese bread. Of course, I watched the status of my order via the Pizza Hut app. I was... sitting on my porch when the delivery driver approached my residence. To assist the driver I activated one of my solar lightsthat lit myself and my porch up. The driver parked parallel to my house. As he exited his vehicle with my order, he wasjogging at a swift rate. I told him he didn't have to run. The driver stated his location was down to just three drivers andthat orders were pouring in. This driver validated the tip I had already provided when I placed the order online. Not only wasthis driver pushing to meet my delivery time, he was obviously concerned with meeting the other delivery demands. This isexceptional service in my opinion. What about the quality of the food? My food what hot, not burned, cooked all the way, andtasted as expected. Read more
Ordered 2 servings of cheesy bread. It was burnt, it didn't taste or feel cheesy. Waste of money, I literally would get up right... now and throw it out if I weren't watching a movie. I feel played and highly doubt I would be granted a refund so I'm gonna skipthe stress and just post this. Read more
Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a while. Everything tasted great....better than any other chain competitor. Delivery was crazy... fast too. Usually when something comes so fast, it's messed up. Not with this store. Gotta give props when things are done well. Read more
Never will I ever order here again. After fixing my children & husband?s plate, I sat down to eat a piece of boneless chicken... and it started to feel extremely chewy. I looked down & this is what I saw. RAW chicken. My husband called the manager & heoffered a refund after FIRST denying that he & his employees sent out raw chicken. Then secondly, only offered a refund for the8-piece as if anyone would be able to eat anything else once you?ve consumed raw meat. Really unsatisfied & praying my children& husband doesn?t get sick. Update August 2019: Took advantage of a credit the store gave me for bad pizza. It showed up fast and was well made. Nothing... amazing but no complaints either, add one star. More like slackng shack than pizza hut. Over the last year we have had severalpoorly and/or incorrectly crafted pizzas, toppings carelessly dumped in piles or undertopped (see photos, all 4 pieces aresupposed to have the SAME toppings). I've called corporate and they just send free pizza coupons but this store never getsbetter and they're the only ones who deliver to my house. I also ordered the cookie pie and they sent the brownie instead. Ilove pizza hut but I guess I'll have to learn to love Papa John's. Read more
