I was extorted out of $16 so I email corporate and got no response, heres the story. I ordered directly from this restaurant,... they said 30-40 minutes to deliver and I chose to pay cash. An hour and a half goes by and I receive a text saying that my orderis being picked up and delivered by Doordash, I think to myself "Ok no big deal, they must be short on drivers." The"Doordasher" finally shows up, the total was $23 and all I had was two twenty dollar bills. Doordash guy claims that he doesn'thave cash for change so then I'm left with a dilemma, do I not eat after working a 16 hour day? Or do I give him the $40 to getmy $23 worth of food? A really trashy situation for Pizza Hut to put me in, very unprofessional. Thought I'd give pizza hut onemore shot after not eating it for 6 years and they do this. No wonder they're getting crushed by dominos. Dominos has superiorcustomer service and a far better website. I don't like dominos but I'll never give pizza hut another dime after last night. Started work here October 2022 and ended work here November 12,2022. The ones that get reasonable hours are the ones close to... the Management. They will short you on your tips and ignore you when you question why until you ask about it in the open. I'veworked many delivery positions and never had to leave due to not getting my tips and mileage owed to me. I will never ever workfor pizza hut again worse job I've ever worked at. Read more

Ordered carry out and the employees were friendly and nice. There was an order mix up due to similarity and timing so they had... to remake mine. They apologized and since mine was remade, it was hot and fresh. Despite that mistake, accidents happen,definitely will order from again when in Fayetteville. It?s pizza, who doesn?t love pizza. Place has gone down hill, hand tossed pizza had NO sauce, no exaggeration, none, boneless wings.... definitely tasted old like... they had been sitting out, and the dang cookie wasn't even sliced, done with this place Read more

Jazmaine was the manager on duty September 2nd 2022. I called to place an order and the sales person asked me for my name as if... she was going to take my order she placed me on hold. I sat in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window the young lady saidit was going to be 15 minutes and to pull up. I told her that I was going to sit here and wait because everyone else didn?t haveto move so I won?t. I waited for 45 minutes. It was passed 12 midnight which was closing time. I knocked on the window at 1205am. I asked jasmine the manager how long it was supposed to be and she said she didn?t know. Now I?m talking to the manager????? Make that make sense. I told her I don?t know what kinda of business she is trying to run but out of all people she should knowthe answer. She said she has people in training. It?s a Friday night . I?m the last person of the night it shouldn?t take thatlong. She?s going to tell me to let her explain. That was not an explanation. It was a time. No excuse on why my pizza took anwhole hour. She looked at me with a nonchalant attitude closed the window with no time given still. That was so disrespectful.They finally came to give me my pizza at 1230am. It was a young man who bought my pizza to the window. so there was fourpeople back there it was no need for me to wait that long. I asked for a refund. This is not how you do business. Ordered a pan pepperoni and was delivered a hand tossed. No big deal if this only happened once but it is the third time this... has happened. I contact the store and informed the employee of the dilemma and she reassured me that they will be making a panpepperoni and it will be delivered in 20 minutes. One hour layer NOTHING!!! I then call the store on BRAGG BLVD and explain thesituation and I was placed on hold. After 10 minutes the call was terminated. I call back and immediately the call was sent toan automated service!! Come on man!! I don't want no problems but after they do this to me about 15 more times in a row when Icall I'm beyond furious. I really do not understand why you would tell me you will be sending out another pie and thencompletely ignore my calls and treat me like I am in the wrong. I would have walked to the dam location if I could but I haveboth my feet amputated and am still healing from surgery. I just do not understand why lie to me and then continually put mycall on a block list now and I know they will no longer deliver to me, as I have done nothing wrong. All I wanted was my panpizza and they can have back their hand tossed. I am beyond disappointed with the treatment and lack of customer service. Iwas not rude, belligerent, nor foul mouthed when I called to explain the ERROR THEY MADE AGAIN!!! I have lived in thisneighborhood for six months and out of the other locations in the Fayetteville area that I have ordered from in the last fiveyears, they by far have the poorest customer service and food.
