If zero stars was an option that?s what I would rate it. Lady taking the order has 0 home training. Messed up my order but... didn?t even feel like going back after that 30 min wait?don?t know why people even bother to come work in customer service ifthey don?t know how to speak with respect. Very poor customer service, 45 minute wait just to order then another 45 minutes to get the meal. Dirty place with nasty... attitudes. If you care about your health and value your time this is definitely not the Place to eat. I will NEVER come hereagain.. this place needs to be shut down permanently.. Read more
Very slow going through drive-thru. I went through it at the beginning of the 4th quarter of the Panthers game, the game was... over and I was still waiting. They should be paying me for waiting that long when you consider the time, gas. Add all that inand it cost me about $25 for a $10 meal. Awful just playing awful and never will I go there again. Slow,slow,slow service. Waited a few minutes before order could be placed. Then when it was finally time to place order. The... young lady was holding a conversation with someone in the store as well as trying to take the order. After the order was placedhad to wait 15 minutes at the window before finally receiving the order. They need to work on their customer service skills,timemanagement. Actually getting orders out in a timely manner. The whole experience took 20 minutes. Will not return to thislocation ever again. Read more
Friendly staff food is ok. Building is falling apart and doesn't represent a professionally owned company. A/C doesn't work most... the time. Potholes in the parking lot that could severely damage your car. Sign says lobby is open, but it never is. Buildinghas wooden patch panels all over the place and busted out windows. Place really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Availabilityof food is never constant. Always out of basics like condiments and even something to eat your food with. This particular storeis poorly managed and something should be done. Read more
**don?t waste your money or your time** I would give zero Stars if I could. I had to make two trips to get my apple pies, and... basically argue with the lady for her to understand it has four pies and not two. This the the worst fast food place in North Carolina. You wait in line of 3 people and have to wait 5 mins at the speaker to... place a order then it takes 20 minutes to get your order of just chicken. The worst people skills and have 5 people in therestaurant but nothing is getting done. Need to fire the whole store and start over again. I well not go back until there is achange. This goes on every time I or other people go there. This crew just don't want to do the job. Unbelievable that thiscontinues to go on. Shut it down. Read more
IDK if this is a regular thing as I've only been here twice but the last time I went... The chicken was undercooked. Luckily not... bloody but I could clearly tell the chicken was chewy so it must've not thawed out yet from being in a freezer. Popeyes ingeneral is great. This specific one...
