I took my daughter out to eat for her 20th birthday celebration with our family and friends. There was a wait time of 25 minutes... which is normal, so we just took pictures while waiting. We were seated before the 25 mins was up though. Once seated our waiterwas real nice. She took our drink order and appetizer orders. Well one of our guess never got her appetizer order until wellafter the food came out. The food took a long time to come out as well. Our waitress keep the cheddar biscuits coming though.Food was great and hot when we got it!!! The waiter was nice enough to give us a discount on the one of the appetizers becauseit was brought out very late. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was because the checkout was horrible. We had 9 people with usand we all had to split the bill. The waiter stated she could not split it because of the discount. So we had to use the littlekiosk at the table. It keep getting stuck and the waiter came over several times to help us with it. At the end I was never ableto pay on the kiosk machine. She had to take my card and manually swipe it on another machine. It took us another 30 minutessitting there to do that which made me very upset. But nevertheless my daughter had fun… One last thing they will sing HappyBirthday to the one celebrating if you let them know and give them ice cream. Read more
Red lobster has always been one of my favorite places to visit, however it's been about 6 years since I've been in the... Fayetteville NC location. Today I decided to give it a try since they have the unlimited soup, salad and biscuits on the $9.99menu. (I'm not sure how long that's been a part of the menu). I arrived at about 2:50 p.m. on Friday. The restaurant was notbusy and I was greeted in a timely fashion by the hostess. She escorted me to my table and gave me the name of my server for theday. Two lovely young ladies arrived at the table Charletta & Jalonda and stated they will be taking care of me for the day.Immediately I was blown away by their pleasant smile and energetic personality. I was asked if I was there for a specialoccasion and the professionalism continued from there. It was from that moment that my dining experience was enhanced. Since Ialready knew what I wanted there was no time wasted on the menu. They took my order and the kitchen was quick in preparation. Inno time I was enjoying my first cheddar bay biscuit. The presentation of the food was visually appetizing. The food temperaturewas not as quite as hot as I would like it but it was acceptable. My servers checked on me, my beverage was never empty. Mycomplete food order for the day was the unlimited clam chowder, house salad with ranch dressing, cheddar bay biscuits and waterwith lemon, I also added the mushrooms. I was seated near a large party which took part in the unlimited shrimp. Their serverswere also very energetic and attentive ensuring that refills were provided timely, they seem to be pleased with the service theyreceived as well. I was pleased with the cleanliness of my tables and the floor. I did not visit the restroom on this visit Icannot comment. My server asked if I needed anything else and which I replied no and she probably provided my receipt. I don't remember a day when there was not a RL in my life. As an avid self proclaimed foodie, this chain restaurant has been a... great place to be for celebrating special events or for their Lobster fest event. I think I have had everything on the menuthus far! We travel to the restaurant as a family and often share each meal we order with each other. Hey, don't forget aboutthe fabulous biscuits, they are out of this world! The seafood is always fresh even in the restaurants that are not near thecoasts. I try to sit by the front door so that I can hear the excitement when kids walk in and see the live lobster tank, fillsmy heart with joy. Read more
The star goes strictly to the service. The waitress was very warm and very attentive. But the food on the other hand, TERRIBLE!!... Crazy thing is Red Lobster use to be a family tradition, after church we would go as a family and enjoy each other over greatfood. But now, the prices have increased but the quality of the food has drastically decreased. The food portions are smaller,the options of a soup and salad are now added as a side instead of it being part of the meal. I will not return unless someoneis paying for me to be there. Read more
