This location has slow service. But wait, it wasn't this one time. It's consistently slow service. Food arrives at tepid... temperatures. Yeah, it was busy when I arrived (about 4:50 P.M.), with most stalls occupied by cars. I was parked in stall 4and I can see the wait staff waiting for orders coming out and some of the kitchen. I used the app for order: a Route 44 and a99 cent sundae. Orders were slowly coming out. Staff was waiting for orders to take. One customer goes to the door to get herorder. It had just come out. I can hear her complain how long it was taking. Others were impatient too. It took > 30 < minutesfor my order to come out. A drink and a sundae. 30 minutes!! Ridiculous. 6 months ago I rated this location 5 stars because of the excellence of their service. Today I am writing this one star review... as an update WHILE IM WAITING FOR ICECREAM THAT WAS ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME. I ordered it, made it ON TIME TO GET IT WITHOUTMELTING. and now have been waiting for more than 20 minutes for two shakes, and two hotdogs. I don't even want the ice-creamanymore because of how long of a wait I've been here for, it cant be unmelted, but now I'm trapped here because I have beenpromised the ice-cream THAT I PAID FOR. Still waiting, FOR 30 MINUTES. Keep in mind, I ordered this off the app at 7:07, it isnow 7:37 and they forgot ONE OF THE TWO SHAKES I ORDERED. I would want a replacement, but I'm afraid that sonic would snail mailit to me from corporate so I'd get it 6 months from now. EDIT: all my food is cold, all my icecream is melted, they didn't giveme all 4 cookie bite things, or the icecream to dip them in, and the only reason I got any customer service was because I WASMASHING THE BUTTON ON THE SCREEN AND FLASHING MY HIGH BEAMS. Locations workers, at least those taking orders, are consistently abrupt and rude on orders at this location. No welcome to... Sonic - just what do you want, is that all, is that all, is that it, instead of letting me finish ordering. We've been to thislocation several times and the customer experience is always poor when ordering. Read more

Their service has went from ok to horrible! Over a week ago i took my daughter, she ordered a double meat cheese burger i... ordered a bacon cheese burger meals. I got a single, she got a texas toast. Both were cold, she asked for fries i asked forchili cheese tots, got two orders of cold tots.... today my wife went by for dinner, tots are cold, and my bacon burger hadburnt bacon! Both meals are cold! Had to wait 20 minutes for them to take the order then wait another 20 to receive it. Theirservers also have an attitude as if someone is making them work there! We went to this location around 730 pm. We ordered 2 milkshakes. 15 minutes later still haven?t received our shakes. Obviously... they aren?t short staffed as we sat and watched 2 male employees wresting with each other several times. Also several employeesstanding around talking. Read more

Everyone was nice and they were professional it's just the food did not match the hype the commercials especially the picture... which is right beside you as you order..you order because you are hungry for that burger ..ect. Which is the case for mostrestaurants they make It look so beautiful but when you get it it's just thrown together. it looks like a four-year-old didit.. don't look anything like the picture and I wasted my money cause I can't eat it because looks awful before and after I openthe bun..I don't taste the care that is goes into food when you care .I am familiar with this invisible commodity because I ama cook..Sonic used to be number one with a lot of us but it Has lapse badly. I wish I could give negative stars? This is my sandwich after waiting 40 minutes for them to tell us they accidentally messed... up our orders and we?re making them fresh. 1 HOUR total in waiting for this ketchup, lettuce, onion and tomato chicken sandwich.Are you freaking kidding me!????? Worst customer service ever! Decided to treat the kids ordered 6 sonic blasts. She brings it out without drink carrier. Didn't... even bother to wipe the cup off before handing it to me.. I asked for drink carrier. Her reply was a Sarcastic NO! I responseyou don't have a drink tray, or box something to put these in? Her reply again sarcastic NO!!! Poorly managed location......
